The location is great!
The location is great! Puntas las marias is right there and there is a little community garden/forest that is maintained by the locals which was nice to walk through. You could just walk to a little beach right there that was great for little kids because there are some rocks that keep the waves from coming in hard. Really cute place.
Easy and centrally-located apartment.
Easy and centrally-located apartment. Just across the street from the beach and a 45minute walk (or 10 min drive) to old San Juan. Good food places on the same block. Down-side of central location is a ton of street noise, so it was hard to sleep on the weekend with cars blasting music on the street. If you plan to be out at night yourself, it won’t be a problem.
Great Location in CONDADO
Great Location in CONDADO, close to almost everything 15 min drive from Airport and 15 min drive to Old San Juan. Lot's of restaurants to choose from within walking distance. (Note: if you are renting a car only down fall is, there is no parking at location, you will have to pay a nightly fee, there is a parking garage next door to building ($24.00 for three nights). Place overall is great. quiet, nice and cool AC, very clean and well kept. I would recommend this location.
Great location in Condado.
Great location in Condado. Close to many restaurants, pharmacies and nightlife. This location was great for our family of 4, 2 adults and 2 infants. This Airbnb was great, we were able to do early check-in, and had a pack and play. This Airbnb offers exactly what is listed in their Airbnb. It’s right on the beach, the property has a pool, children’s pool, laundry room, gym, and there’s a small convenience store on the first floor. The Airbnb also had beach chairs, toys and an umbrella which were great for going to the beach right behind the building.

This place is pretty close to the beach and some good restaurants around. Place is neat and tidy However, some points to note is that this is not an apartment but a 3 storied building with no elevator. Hangers are provided but no place to hang the clothes, no cabinets provided. In our case, password to enter the apartment is same that was given to our neighbors and neighbors were just entering our apartment

The host clearly communicated all I needed to know and made sure I had a pleasant experience. During my next getaway, I will definitely be booking this place again.
I had an extra sense of security being that there was only one way in and out of the gated community and it was guarded.

Very nice location next to the beach and walkable to some restaurants. Transportation very easy via Uber, just have to inform drivers of where the gate entrance is. The apt has everything you need for a nice stay. There are annoying roosters all over PR that decide to wake you up but was still able to have a restful sleep all evenings. There is construction going on in the neighborhood but it was never loud in the early mornings or late evenings. Would definitely stay again! Highly recommend this spot especially considering how expensive the local hotels are for what little you get!

Otium was very responsive with any questions and needs. They even delivered brand new foam pillows and fresh pillow cases due to my feather allergy. The condo faces the beach so you can hear the waves at night. Easy to walk around Condado for food and shopping. There is beach and pool access from the condo, which is a huge plus. The bed is very comfortable and there are two air conditioner units in the condo which is very nice. There is plenty of storage with the hall closet and bedroom closet.

air bnb was perfect for me and my friend! Looked exactly like the photo, felt safe & everyone was very helpful and friendly. It’s very easy to walk to places and there’s even a pizza place & poke bowl / salad / soup place across the street. Pool and beach access! Overall very happy with our stay.

It was a great stay, the place is beautiful. It has two balconies, very clean very bohemian style home. The only thing is there weren’t enough towels or blankets so make sure you bring. Besides that the neighborhood is pretty nice, you can see the airplane flying by and you have local shops around you. It’s worth staying here
Excellent location and host!
Excellent location and host! Close to tons of restaurants, bars, activities (e.g. night kayaking tours) and beaches (some with waves and some without). The Airbnb itself was very spacious and had amazing views of the ocean. All of the amenities really made sure we felt comfortable and at home. The location is only a 7-10 min Uber ride from San Juan and 10-15 min ride from the SJU airport. Ubers were very reasonably priced. Looking forward to coming back again! Que viva Puerto Rico 🇵🇷 !
