The stay was awesome! My wife and I loved the apartment. The pac-man machine is a fantastic touch. We didn’t think that we would use it at all and ended up playing it every night after getting back from our days worth of exploring. Otium was also very accommodating and was great at answering questions. Highly recommend!

The place looked exactly like the pictures! Loved the little things that were left for us to use like beach towels. It was clean! The place was close to everywhere we Uber’d to. The only thing I would say is I would have loved to use the pool. It looked dirty as well as it’s surroundings. But thankfully the beach was walking distance. I really didn’t miss the pool.

Otiums place was in a great location with plenty to do in the area. Everything was a scooter ride or short uber ride away. The space was clean. I did notice the shower wasn’t as spotless, but could have come from cleaners stepping inside it to clean it. Overall it was as described. No closet space though. There were noises outside of Otiums control at night, but nothing too extreme. A great stay and I would love this place again or find an otium location with more rooms.

The apartment space is just like the pictures. The roof top patios are a great space to enjoy the city views and stars at night. Zero complaints about the space, but the area itself is kind of loud with buses, city noise, and also at times loud music from surrounding businesses

Really charming, cute apartment with an amazing city view! We were also left a tray of goodies, masks, and waters which was very thoughtful. I personally wasn't a the biggest fan of the Condado beach area, but that is just my preference. It's a very mainstream touristy area with mostly shopping and high end restaurants. Aside from that, the actual apartment was great!

Great location, it was so nice to be close the beach, we didn't have to walk far which is a plus with a one year! The pool was a nice bonus and was another option for our little one if we didn't go to the beach. Quick responses was also great, if we needed something the host was back with us within minutes. A little small, but for us the place worked with a family of 3. Also, we were near many restaurants and very walkable. Would recommend.

The location was at the end of the hotel strip where it looked not safe at night. During the day it looked better and it was safe. I was awaken twice at 5:00 AM by some of the other guests staying there, either they were leaving to possibly catch a flight at that time or they might have been just getting in from being out all night. The apartment was nice and clean and the pool was nice too. The WIFI wasn’t great. The first 4 days was spotty and on the 5th day it cut off. Someone was sent in the morning to reset the router and it worked for the remaining day and up to 7:00 PM the day before we were leaving. Overall, it was nice but please upgrade your WIFI as mostly everyone uses their phones, tablets, laptops and the television. DR
