Great location near the beach.
Great location near the beach. You can grab food and enjoy the PR nightlife right from this location. A quick Uber ride got us to San Juan in 15 minutes. Great size for me and a guest. Private. Right in the middle of real PR living. Loved it. Otium was so friendly and hospitable. We were greeted with a handwritten note and a lovely check in. We had plenty of supplies and felt right at home.

Love it!!! Perfect location steps away from the beach. We found it very easy to navigate the surroundings since many stores, bars, and restaurants nearby. Guilty of spending some time with the PacMan arcade, which definitely brought back some good memories. Beautiful cozy apartment, easy check-in, sparkling clean, and the views are amazing!

This host’s responsiveness was beyond superb. Their instructions for check-in and check-out were very spot on. They were very attentive during our stay. We felt very safe and secure and the apartment was equipped with everything we needed to feel comfortable. The neighborhood was within walking distance to the beach and local restaurants. We will visit again.

This has been my BEST Airbnb experience! The condo is in a great location (central to so many things & a good base for exploring the rest of PR). It's a few blocks from the beach, walking distance from tons of restaurants, bars and food trucks and also close to the freeway. The condo is in a clean, well maintained, gated community. The host is incredibly responsive, attentive & thoughtful. Communication was very prompt and helpful. The day we arrived they left a personal note, a goody basket, and had the AC cranked and ambient lighting on for our arrival! The condo is modern, bright and beautiful. There is 1 bedroom and a very comfortable sectional sofa bed in the living room. Great shower/water pressure, full kitchen with everything you need, stacked washer/drier, central air (not just a window shaker), a dedicated parking spot and the pool is just around the corner. The biggest win- there's a arcade in the living room packed with multiple classics like Ms PacMan and Dig Dug-my 6 year old was ecstatic! I can't thank you enough for sharing your Airbnb with us! I highly recommend this location and this host!!!

We had a wonderful stay here while in Puerto Rico. If I had any complaints I would say the weekends are noisy due to parties from outside the vicinity but that's nothing they can control but it's something for consumers to know especially if they have kids or infants. besides that everything from this stay and location was perfection and clean. We will definitely be staying here again soon 🙂

The hosts were so thoughtful, caring, and accommodating! They went out of their way to make our stay in PR amazing from the recommendations they provided on where to go and eat to the nice touches we received on checkin. The unit is really close to all night life and the beach and in close proximity by walking to other cool neighborhoods. The unit is exactly as advertised in the pictures and sparkling clean. I wouldn’t hesitant to stay at this place if you have the chance!

The building, pool, and beach access was easy to navigate, and the security guards were friendly and helpful. The apartment was just as pictured. We did not have any problems/issues. It could have used I bit more storage space or a place to put your suitcases to get them off the floor. The shower area was great but also could have used a shelf and hooks, somewhere to put your things. The shower is a great size and they provided: shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. I guess our only “complaint “ was that the water temperature never stayed where you wanted it. It would deviate from very very hot to almost cold every couple minutes. It really didn’t bother us that much though. The kitchen has all of the basic items that you’ll need. There’s also a grocery store very nearby. They provided two beach chairs, two beach towels, and a cooler. We use these almost every day! We had a great stay, and would definitely stay here again!

Excelente lugar. Una experiencia con tremendo vive local. A pasos de restaurantes, cafés, bares, playa, cine, Placita de Santurce, farmacias, supermercados etc. Muy limpio, cómodo y seguro. Las terrazas tienen una vista impresionante. El anfitrión nos brindó una atención excelente. Nos encantó. Volveremos seguro.

The place was super cute and spacious, just like the pictures. The immediate surroundings wasn't super fancy but a reallyy pretty beach is just a 10 mins walk away. It's super close to isla verde and condado both so kind of mid way which was perfect.

Staying here, you’re right down the street from everything and just about 5-10 Uber ride from other popular attractions. Please stay here if you’re ever wanting to visit San Juan, Puerto Rico. You won’t be disappointed.
