Great place , excellent location if you want to stay in the heart of Condado. Beach mins away , great restaurants all over . CVS , Walgreens 5 min walk . Close to Old San Juan and Santure . Everything is a cheap Uber ride away . Otium team communication is second to none , response very quickly . Overall great , clean place .

The positives: Free on-street parking right out front. Gated community. Walking distance to the beach. Quiet––we hardly saw anyone else and we definitely did not hear them. Nice size pool in the courtyard. Nice hot shower. The negatives: There are no chairs for the kitchen table (maybe they will fix this because it would make such a difference!) so you have to eat sitting on a bed. The neighborhood looks a bit sketchy at first, but we found it completely safe and convenient. There is an acai bowl place right across the street and the BEST coffee at 787 Coffee a block away. Grocery store is walkable (maybe 10 minutes) and plenty of restaurants in walking distance. The host was very responsive except when the dryer stopped working (and I had a load of wet towels to dry). I did not hear back from them so we hung them in the apartment. All in all, we were happy with the place.

This was a great place to stay while on vacation. The place is very basic but clean. I was a little nervous at first seeing the neighborhood but soon felt very safe with the security gates and cameras. It was hard to locate but we were able to figure it out on our own. Overall, it was a great place to stay to visit San Juan without having to pay for an expensive resort or hotel downtown. The pool is a nice touch.

The bedroom is roomy and the bed very comfortable, there was plenty of space to put all of my belongings. The location was perfect, right in the center of Condado and a lot of things in walking distance. The beach is right behind and beautiful for morning walks. Overall a very nice stay.

Our stay was incredible!! This place will leave you feeling blessed and impressed! From the minute you walk in and every day after. Loved the interior of the apartment so much I wanted to stay longer. We will definitely be coming back and looking for Otium at other locations we visit :) Location is prime with beach access, great pool, and everything you’d want is in walking distance! Only time we took an Uber was to Old San Juan for under $10!!! The recommendations and online manual they send you is so helpful and appreciated. Host even sends a message the morning after check-in to make sure you’ve settled well & if you need anything. WiFi access was great so if you need to work remotely you’re all set. Netflix and chill for a night? They got you on that too! It’s all set up and logged in for you. 12/10 would recommend this stay! Best AirBnB experience I’ve ever had. Thank youuuuuu :)

I stayed here with my family of six and it was a great location for those looking for quick access to the beach, nightlife, and proximity to restaurants! We rented a car for our visit and it was a big plus to have a designated parking spot located directly next to our unit. The apartment is located within a residential village that is gated and you can only access the neighborhood through a 24/7 operated security gate - which I only mention for anyone concerned about safety; the neighborhood was lovely and gorgeous! I would say that this listing is ideal for groups of 5 or less simply because there is only one bathroom and the sofa bed can only really fit one person comfortably. Moreover, the host was super accommodating and friendly and really made us feel welcome. He responded quickly and effectively which ensured a smooth check-in, check-out, and was able to provide us with any items we may have needed to make our stay more comfortable. This was our first time in PR and our first time as a family staying in an Airbnb and we enjoyed it so much! We loved having the in-unit washer and dryer available (especially after beach days and hiking in the rainforest), the kitchen came in handy for family meals, the shower pressure was great, and the A/C worked wonderfully for my siblings who love it really cold.

This was such a cute apartment. It was very clean and the hosts responded so quickly if there were any concerns. I had asked for towels and they responded immediately and brought them within an hour. There were all necessary amenities and it was in a perfect location! I highly recommend staying here if you’re traveling to San Juan!!
The Otium Rental was exactly as described.
The Otium Rental was exactly as described. It was extremely clean. The air conditioning worked great. There is a ductless system in each room. The bathrooms were spotless with plenty of hot water. The Otium management team was super responsive to our needs. The location was walking distance to the beach, stores, and many restaurants and nightlife. Also, a 7 minute Uber ride into Old San Juan and a 10 minutedrive to the airport. I would highly recommend this rental.
