This is my second time in this cozy apartment during my business travel to PR. Great service from part of the host. In addition, I totally forgot my toothpaste and called the host. It didn’t take one hour and I already had him deliver a brand new toothpaste and mouthwash set. What a great compliment from Otium. Thanks!

Quaint and cozy! The host was friendly and responsive. The property can be a little tricky to find / check into but otherwise it was pretty perfect.

Otium place is very well located; you can walk to the beach in 5 minutes; it also is a gated community, so it's safe, and you can park your car inside (a special code is needed to enter, which Otium will provide). The apartment is in the middle of a three story complex, it has a nice pool in the back. The only complaint I have is a Car Shop next to the apartment that will wake you up at 7-8am since its very noisy when they're swapping the wheels of the cars. You can hear the mechanics chatting, laughing etc since early morning. If you're an early riser this will not be a problem. All the rooms have mini splits which are very cool (perfect), one was making a lot of noise so we could not use it (I'm pretty sure Otium already fixed it) I recommend his place, and he is very communicative. Also upon request he let us do a Late Check-Out at no cost. Thank you!

Great location and brilliant service attitude! Really recommend for a short stay!

Beautiful area, with pool and beach access! Space was simple, clean, and had two strong working ACs. Two grocery stores close by and quick food options across the street. Street cats in neighborhood are super friendly and we loved seeing them! Only flaw was wifi connection going in and out for our tv. Hosts were super accommodating and very quick to respond to messages. When there was an issue with our air mattress, they immediately came to swap it out. Couldn’t have been a better stay.

This Airbnb was amazing. The location was perfect with many resturants and spots nearby and walking distance. Perfect location in the center of Condado tourist area. The host was very nice and accommodating. They were only a call away for all of our needs or requests! This Airbnb was clean and exactly as in the pictures. Would definetely book again!

Our family’s stay went great! This condo had multiple views and was in a great location. We enjoyed that it was close to the beach and a short drive to San Juan. There is a grocery store about a block away if you’d like to pick up essentials. Thanks for having us.

Juan is an amazing host, he was always there when we needed him. When he said he’s just a call away he truly means it. He went above and beyond for my boyfriend and I. By far my favorite place to date.
