The decor in the pictures was about the only thing accurate as far as “modernized” goes (which I give a 10/10 for). You can tell they put a lot of effort into updating that side of things! As far as the building and the foundation of the apartment itself, everything is falling apart. It was clean but felt dirty just because of the noticeable degrading of foundation (floors/shower floor, front door arch walk way, shower handle falling off, around the toilet corroding). I will say there was lots of modern technology (smart TV, ring camera, good air conditioning units with remotes). I’d plan to bring an extension cord as there are no outlets in the bathroom. I give the customer service a 10/10 - very quick to reply, easy check in, and kept asking if we needed anything. We did request more towels, which they brought us some the next day. Just wish when I read the reviews would’ve been warned about how outdated the building/foundation was. I was expecting a new, modern place based on the pics. The location was excellent! Everything you need in Condado is within walking distance from the apartment. Overall the rental company in general was very accommodating & good bang for your buck if you don’t plan on being in the room much.

Overall great value! Considering that this location has direct view of the ocean, onsite parking, washer and dryer in the unit, full kitchen and is centrally located to every amenity one would need (walking distance), you'd be hard pressed to find another equivalent space at this price point. If you're looking to stay in Condado or the surrounding vicinity I would highly recommend this booking and would look to stay here again. Just some of the extra considerations provided by the host: Complimentary toothpaste, shampoo, body wash and conditioner along with an ample supply of towels. Wifi and Netflix access with a TV in the living room and bedroom. The air conditioning units work flawlessly. I will say that if you're looking for the absolute finest of everything (premium leather sofas, fine China, Egyptian cotton spreads, etc) you may want to increase your budget and explore another tier of accommodation but again the value for this particular booking is hard to beat!
Great spot in Condado.
Great spot in Condado. Stayed for 3 nights. Touristy area but VERY convenient location (and safe). Everything you need/want is in walking distance (beach less than 5 minutes) The apartment is exactly as the pictures show, cozy and CLEAN. A little more spacious than I expected, perfect for 2-3 people. Communication was great and professional with the Otium team. They answered any of my random questions within minutes and ensured a comfortable stay. Elevator didn’t work a couple days but it was only one flight up so no inconvenience at all. Would def recommend to others and surely stay here again. Thank you!

Great place , excellent location if you want to stay in the heart of Condado. Beach mins away , great restaurants all over . CVS , Walgreens 5 min walk . Close to Old San Juan and Santure . Everything is a cheap Uber ride away . Otium team communication is second to none , response very quickly . Overall great , clean place .

This place was perfect. Location, cleanliness, responsiveness from Juanmi and Janice, awesome Pac-Man machine for entertainment, walking distance from beach and great restaurants. I had to book last minute and everything went smooth with the host and the check-in. Will definitely stay here again to explore more Condado/Ocean Park area!
This place was everything we needed!
This place was everything we needed! It was a stone’s throw from the beach. Super comfortable. Even after a couple of days we started really feeling at home here. We had a few storms while we were staying here and everything was just so close by and convenient. The communication was on point! When we told them about our pup staying with us, they went above and beyond. Can’t say enough nice things. It is so close to the airport. We were moving back to the states and had a ridiculous list of things that needed to get done and this place was just perfect and comfortable to come back to after a long day! Thank you thank you!! ❤️

Overall our stay was pretty good. The location was great, you’re literally walking distance from everything. The unit itself wasn’t bad, the window pictures were edited, so keep that in mind. There’s absolutely no ventilation in the unit, which would be an issue if you have allergies/sinuses like me. But besides that, the host went above and beyond. The water went out for maybe like an hour or two, and the host sent us about six gallons of water. They also supplied body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. Which we thought was really nice, even though we brought our own. We brought in a lot of sand from the beach, so we needed a broom. The next morning he brought a broomstick and fresh beach towels for us. All in all, he resolved all the issues that we brought to his attention and his communication was great.

Excellent Host , very attentive and communication was very effective and fast, and they did go the extra mile to make sure I was confortable, so I write this review with the best of experiences , the place and specially the people exceeded my expectations. I will for sure come back and highly recommend them.
