Great little apartment with everything you need, lovely interior and right on the beach. Hosts were great. There was a slight issue with the pack and play cot and the hosts brought a brand new one within an hour, which we really appreciated. Arcade machine is a fun touch and I enjoyed reliving my youth playing Street Fighter!

Everything was great. Host was polite and communicated very quickly. Host was able to recommend places with a site which lead us to be able to plan a great itinerary. Airbnb was very close to pretty much ALOT of places such as beach, restaurants, supermarkets, clubs (La Placita- a must to visit), and many more. The gated community was a plus.

This was a family trip that was at the perfect place .. clean .. close to everything and the owners team was responsive with a solution. My family thoroughly enjoyed our trip and my wife and I will be coming back. The perfect house…. Thank you for making this special for me and my family …. Gracias

Great spot, a little confusing with two gate entrance but they communicated right away to get in. Once there, everything was great.. met neighbors right away, like minded and nice travelers. I’m from Puerto Rico and will use this as my getaway from here on out. Nice pool, great location.. minimal and modern and my only recommendation is you have more bedding available and and extension chord for hair dryer.. also the gate key should be put on a necklace or w bigger tag. They could be lost easily and it’s a necessity to get it without a car.. none of these things can’t be a deterrent, they would just help.. all in all. My favorite spot so far in Ocean Park/ Isla Verde.. great stay and will most definitely be back!! Totally recommend!

Otium’s place was exactly what we needed for our last 2 nights in Puerto Rico. The place was clean and as described. Otium was attentive and responded quickly to a minor issue was had. Great value for the location and walkable to dinning nightlife and groceries.
We really enjoyed our time in San Juan
We really enjoyed our time in San Juan and this property served as a great home base. We had a couple of very minor issues with the property that we noticed on our first day, but the management was excellent about getting them resolved very quickly. On day two, our whole part of the city lost water but the management handled that situation excellently as well having water delivered to the property promptly. We were very impressed with the communication overall. This quiet and beautiful property is just a couple of blocks from a beautiful beach and we recommend the property and the management company highly

It was a great location! You can walk to the beach and a great breakfast place called, Superfoods. The apartment was clean, but we did have issues with not having water the 2nd day.We were told it was city wide. Pool needed to be cleaned and people were drying their clothes on the fence right by the front door.

It was our first time in Puerto Rico and they really made us feel at home. I really loved the hospitality, how easy it was to check-in and check out! It was very clean and everything was like in the pictures. I also loved how the property was gated and had its own privacy. The location was perfect it was near the airport but also walkable to a lot of restaurants and beach. The host was very accommodating and took care of us and all our needs. Also they were very responsive to whenever we needed to reach them. We will definitely go back!

our 9 day stay here was nothing short of perfect! the location was beautiful and everything was easily accessible! the beach was a short 5 minute walk at most! towels, life vests, and chairs were provided for beach use! will definitely book here again for our next return to San Juan!

A girls trip to San Juan for a few days, this apartment was a good place to stay. Having the pool was great and we found cheap Uber rides to anywhere we wanted to go. Walking/scootering distance to Condado neighborhood with lots of great restaurants. Felt very safe as well. One couch was very comfortable the other two futon style ones were horrible.
