I must say from start to finish this house was the absolute best came out personally Brought extra linen very communicative. His B&B is so clean so unique by far the best one I’ve ever stayed in it’s so beautiful and close to the ocean the water spits at you honestly in my opinion if I’m in Puerto Rico I would not stay anywhere else but there and if it’s booked I will work around his schedule to plan my trip because his place is just that good and his welcoming is even better I appreciate the time you took for me and my family Godspeed🙏🏿

Would recommend this place 10/10. I went with my family. It was very suitable for me since I have a kid and my mom. This place had access to many activities and made it easy for my mom (62 years) to get to. The beach was like a five minute walk. They have a fully functional kitchen, clean and spacious, and the host was very responsive. The best part is the views out of this place!!! You have a view of the beautiful ocean and a beautiful view of the city and the mountains! I would definitely be back and hope to stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay! The condo is exactly as described and looks like the photos. Our host was amazing. We look forward to returning next year! The condo is a great deal in BEST LOCATION...it’s walking distance to everything. The pool is in the back with private access to beach behind it. We spent most of our days out doors in pool and on the beach. There is a pizza place, Marco’s pizza and frozen yogurt spot, across from condo. Door Dash also works and there is a mini mart on first floor or condo that’s makes alcoholic beverages. Their mojitos and Pina coladas were delicious and they will service you and bring drinks to pool which is awesome. Book this place, best value for location with amazing amenities.

This condo was nice, the A/C was always on and super cold. Huge living room with two L-shaped sofas on each corner. Beautiful kitchen with everything you need in it including washer and dryer. Two bedrooms nice size; master bedroom had a bathroom and king size bed. Nice size swimming pool gazebo with barbecue grill, two minutes from the beach. But the nicest thing for me was the hospitality the hostess provided. John was excellent. So accommodating, when we needed extra towels, within the hour they were by the door. He provided us with extra blankets and pillows and at one point the ice maker machine wasn’t working properly in the refrigerator and he literally sent an Uber with a bag of ice to the condo at 11 o’clock at night. That is service for ya! He brought us extra keys; the guy was just awesome. I gave him a five star for hospitality. literally awesome person who cares about your experience. 💕
The location was great
The location was great - walking distance from restaurants and bars. Street parking was pretty manageable and easy to find and all of the local San Juan tourist attractions were a quick 5-15 minute Uber or drive away. The unit was clean and the bed was comfortable. The workspace was also handy and the Wi-Fi connection was perfect for checking emails and connecting via zoom. The bathroom does not have an outlet so anyone looking to use any hair styling instruments would have to do so in the other area. This is more of a hipster type area- think the Brooklyn of PR.

Very beautiful stay. Clean and spacious. Nice bathrooms. The pool was great for our little one especially at night with the beautiful lights and scenery. Close to the beach and eatery. We booked here after missing our evening flight and they were able to accommodate us. Close to airport. Would recommend and would stay again! Thank you!

Our stay at Otium's was great! The location was perfect - just steps from the beach and a short walk to a number of great bars and restaurants. The unit is simple, but was very clean and had everything we needed to be comfortable after long days in the sun. Thank you to Otium and team for consistent communication and an easy check-in/check-out! We'd definitely stay again :)

This was such a cute apartment. It was very clean and the hosts responded so quickly if there were any concerns. I had asked for towels and they responded immediately and brought them within an hour. There were all necessary amenities and it was in a perfect location! I highly recommend staying here if you’re traveling to San Juan!!

The building, pool, and beach access was easy to navigate, and the security guards were friendly and helpful. The apartment was just as pictured. We did not have any problems/issues. It could have used I bit more storage space or a place to put your suitcases to get them off the floor. The shower area was great but also could have used a shelf and hooks, somewhere to put your things. The shower is a great size and they provided: shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. I guess our only “complaint “ was that the water temperature never stayed where you wanted it. It would deviate from very very hot to almost cold every couple minutes. It really didn’t bother us that much though. The kitchen has all of the basic items that you’ll need. There’s also a grocery store very nearby. They provided two beach chairs, two beach towels, and a cooler. We use these almost every day! We had a great stay, and would definitely stay here again!

The apartment was spacious and clean with a good layout. There were good eating options nearby. The beach is also very nearby, though with a bit of an extra walk to a nicer, swimmable part. We visited Old San Juan using the local bus on weekdays and Ubers on the weekends. The pool was also clean and convenient. The gates around the apartment and neighborhood were a bit confusing at first with the various codes and key, but they made for easy parking, and it felt safe. It was nice to be off the main road a bit. The owner was responsive with my queation. For downsides, I think a few more basics in the kitchen would go a long way. Also, one of the AC units was rather rattly.

Overall the condo was good. Everything was very clean. However, when arriving to the condo it is a little confusing trying to find the lock box with the key. The condo is exactly as pictured, but the pictures are much nicer online than the actual place itself. It seemed to be a good location and we felt safe at the condo at night time. I highly recommend a rental car! You will need it. When we arrived we only had 3 towels for 4 adults and there was not a comforter on the king size bed. The communication with management was 10/10 and they fixed the issues immediately. The building did have some sort of sewage issue- so it did smell pretty bad at some times. Overall, we would stay at this location again!

This Airbnb was in a great location! If I had any issues Otium was so quick to respond. The last night there was a transformer that blew so the lights went out and they came and bought us flashlights, water bottles and a portable charger. There’s so much to do in that area and everything is super close. I highly recommend staying here!!

We had a lot of choices when it came to staying in San Juan this past week. Otium rentals made it such an easy process to book, stay and communicate. They checked in a couple times just to see how we were doing, but didn’t ever bother us which was nice. Most of the time VRBO’s over communicate. Great location and Amazing pool/courtyard. Will definitely recommend to family and friends!
