we had such an amazing experience here. it was everything as described and shown in the photos!! the neighbors were friendly as well and gave us some great recommendations on places we need to try! communication was great, i was checked on and asked if i needed anything. the beach is a 8 minute walk down the road. food and bars nearby and it is also a safe gated community. i felt like home here, i would definitely stay again, thank you!! ❤️

We loved our stay here! This place is right in the art district of San Juan and wow were there so many beautiful murals! It is a perfect spot for one person or a couple. You have to beat others for the warmer water though haha. There is not a lot of parking so if you’re renting a car be mindful you may have to find parking away from the Airbnb. We love coming to visit PR and will definitely be booking with Otium again in the future.

Place was exactly like the pictures. Very clean as well. You can walk right to the beach and the spot is more private than other areas on the beach. Everything we needed was provided. We even lost power on our first full day and host was very responsive to let us know what was going on and offered to bring us extra water and a battery pack to charge our phones. Luckily power was restored fairly quickly and we didn’t need those but it was really nice of them to offer! We did request extra pillows and they brought them right up. The only thing I didn’t like was that the water in the shower was lukewarm at best (runs off a small heater in the closet, honestly the kitchen sink water for some reason was warmer than the shower. Not sure if shower handle was broken or what) and I like my showers hot,hot! Will definitely book through Otium again!

This is one of the best airbnb that I have ever seen. Very modern and elegant. It has also one of the best locations Ever. The host also made an amazing job accommodating my every need. I recommend 100% this place to stay. I for sure will be back.
