At first the neighborhood looked sketchy but everyone in that neighborhood was extremely nice.
At first the neighborhood looked sketchy but everyone in that neighborhood was extremely nice. We walked to planet fitness in the mornings and we walked home from a few restaurants and bars at night and never had an issue. There is so much in walking distance. The place was very clean. The taxi from there to Old San Juan was under $20. Definitely will use otium again in the future. Thank you.
The location is great!
The location is great! Puntas las marias is right there and there is a little community garden/forest that is maintained by the locals which was nice to walk through. You could just walk to a little beach right there that was great for little kids because there are some rocks that keep the waves from coming in hard. Really cute place.

Great location near tons of restaurants and bars. If your looking for a good nightlife location this won’t disappoint. Also Uber rides or even a scooter to other location like old San Juan are close and cheap. The room looks just as it is in the photos and the host was great and checked in often just to make sure the stay was going well. My only complaint would be the shower has warm water but it doesn’t get really hot and the stairs up to the apartment are pretty step. I would definitely stay at this location again.

The apartment was just as described checking in was super easy and everything was available as expected. The AC worked very well. The wifi was reliable. The apartment was clean and spacious. The neighborhood was as expected and only a few minutes walk from Condado beach. The arcade game was fun to play too.

My family (2 adults, 2 teens) stayed in this apartment for 10 days. It was as pictured & described, very clean. Beautiful beach view! The apartment was nicely furnished and had the basic items we needed for comfort. A nice touch was a dispenser mounted in the shower with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided. The kids loved having an arcade game in the apartment and played it every night! All building staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. We used the tennis court w/racquets/balls provided in the apartment. We used the fitness area, they had a nice assortment of equipment available. The game room had a ping pong table and pool table. The library is close to the laundry room so I sat there and read while doing laundry. The pool was very clean and had a lifeguard. Beach access gate was secure but easy to use. Beach was not crowded and was clean. Many restaurants, shops, Walgreens, and CVS within walking distance. Gated entrance to property with 24 hour guard present to monitor car and pedestrian access. Another 24 hour security guard at building entrance. The parking lot, parking garage, exterior areas, stairwells, and interior common areas were clean and well-lit. I would recommend this apartment and wouldn’t hesitate to stay at this property again. We had a great stay!

Great spot, a little confusing with two gate entrance but they communicated right away to get in. Once there, everything was great.. met neighbors right away, like minded and nice travelers. I’m from Puerto Rico and will use this as my getaway from here on out. Nice pool, great location.. minimal and modern and my only recommendation is you have more bedding available and and extension chord for hair dryer.. also the gate key should be put on a necklace or w bigger tag. They could be lost easily and it’s a necessity to get it without a car.. none of these things can’t be a deterrent, they would just help.. all in all. My favorite spot so far in Ocean Park/ Isla Verde.. great stay and will most definitely be back!! Totally recommend!
