Great location for parking the car and walking to beach and restaurants or just a short car ride to just about anything else you want. The pool after a day at the beach to jump in and feel refreshed was great. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Otium Group was stellar to stay with during my trip to San Juan. The neighborhood is very central and near plenty of the Santurce neighborhood attractions. The hosts communicated with us readily and provided us with help as needed. Would recommend!

The building, pool, and beach access was easy to navigate, and the security guards were friendly and helpful. The apartment was just as pictured. We did not have any problems/issues. It could have used I bit more storage space or a place to put your suitcases to get them off the floor. The shower area was great but also could have used a shelf and hooks, somewhere to put your things. The shower is a great size and they provided: shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. I guess our only “complaint “ was that the water temperature never stayed where you wanted it. It would deviate from very very hot to almost cold every couple minutes. It really didn’t bother us that much though. The kitchen has all of the basic items that you’ll need. There’s also a grocery store very nearby. They provided two beach chairs, two beach towels, and a cooler. We use these almost every day! We had a great stay, and would definitely stay here again!

all great!! the only thing is that the windows have no lock and apt is on the ground floor. i recommended to the hosts that they install metal bars for the safety of next guests and since they are superhosts, they prob will take care. loved the turntable detail with old records to play. apt is clean and well equipped and even has a blender and toaster and foldable wooden tables. great that they had mosquito nets as i like fresh air rather than AC. hosts were kind to accepted my request to put cotton sheet on the firm mattress. so i had good sleep! thanks for all!

We enjoyed are stay here! We stayed for 2 weeks. Pros: very clean, super walkable, close to lots of restaurants, close to the beach, great air conditioning. Cons: tiny bathroom (ladies- I’d only recommend for a short stay), no drawers or dressers to put clothes in, tiny kitchen, which would make it hard to cook a meal. Overall easy and works great for a short stay!

had a lovely stay at the apartment in calle loiza - the place is very well suited for travelers that are planning to essentially use it as a cute spot to crash after doing touristy activities or be out at the beach all day. had all the basics and was super quaint and very comfy to sleep. the best thing about this apartment was definitely the location - there are plenty of coffee shops and restaurants/bars right on the main strip in either direction of the apartment. the beach is also a super close walk and there are cute shops on the way. condado is only a short ride away on scooter which felt super accessible. we had the best time and the apartment was perfect for our level of activities we had planned during the day. the only issue is the staircase - its a little narrow and steep and you have to be so careful going up and down especially with luggage. other than that, no complaints :)

The apartment was just as described checking in was super easy and everything was available as expected. The AC worked very well. The wifi was reliable. The apartment was clean and spacious. The neighborhood was as expected and only a few minutes walk from Condado beach. The arcade game was fun to play too.
Great location within easy walking distance to the beach
Great location within easy walking distance to the beach, many restaurants, and places to shop. We rented a car and drove into Old San Juan and the drive was very easy. The place was very clean, the hosts were in touch to make sure we didn’t need anything and it was a great experience staying here. The only small issue we had was connecting to WiFi, but not a deal breaker for us. Thanks!
Amazing location.
Amazing location. The main door to the lobby locks, so it feels very secure. The location is SO walkable. So many restaurants within walking distance, as well as the CVS. The beach is 2 minute walk away. Many activities in the area as well. Very easy to get a quick uber. The shower does have some wear and tear, but it’s just cosmetic. Host is very good about communicating. Overall amazing stay!
At first the neighborhood looked sketchy but everyone in that neighborhood was extremely nice.
At first the neighborhood looked sketchy but everyone in that neighborhood was extremely nice. We walked to planet fitness in the mornings and we walked home from a few restaurants and bars at night and never had an issue. There is so much in walking distance. The place was very clean. The taxi from there to Old San Juan was under $20. Definitely will use otium again in the future. Thank you.
We booked Sunday to Wednesday based on construction in our house.
We booked Sunday to Wednesday based on construction in our house. In the end, we only ended up staying there on Tuesday during the day from 10:00am to 4:00pm due to delay construction activities. We tried to escape construction noise, but they are building a new apartment complex new door, so we did not escape the noise. Timing is everything and we failed to time this time correctly. Great location, but we were unable to take advantage of it.
