My wife and I really enjoyed our stay here, It felt like our home away from home! Everything was clean and the neighborhood felt extremely safe. The area is great. Just a 5 minute walk away from the beach, the pool was a bonus for the days that you didn’t want to get sandy but still cool off, a big supermarket just a little less than a 10 min walk. They had parking spot for the car we rented. Overall I can’t wait to come back to PR and come back to this place!! 10/10

Went on a solo trip to PR alone for my 22nd birthday and I felt so safe with no worries at all. Would definitely recommend staying here as it is a great location and felt so clean and safe. The host would reply within minutes to any inquiries I had and I know if a problem did arise, they would be there for me. Perfect stay !

Great place! The apartment is clean and neat.. Great AC, hot water and appliances. The location is perfect and best of all… the amazing beachfront view!! Definitely a no-brainer. Communication with the host was great and timely. We would definitely return to this place in the near future. Thanks for everything!!
The home was absolutely beautiful.
The home was absolutely beautiful. The home is truly as Shown in the pictures. The neighbor was safe and for the most part quite. The weekend and some mornings the noise level was definitely louder due to construction and some of the clubs that are close by. Otium had very great communication. The house is definitely centrally located by all the best spots, just a 15 minute walk to La Placita, a 10 to 15 minute Uber to Old San Juan and two blocks over from Ashford Avenue which is where a lot of good restaurant are and close to the beach. Ubers where very cheap. The most I paid the enter time I was in PR was $16.00 I definitely recommend. Will definitely book with them again in the event we come back to Puerto Rico.
This place was perfect!
This place was perfect! It was in the middle of everything in Condado. Waking up every morning to the fresh ocean air sitting on the balcony. Bars and restaurants right around the corner. Not to mention the breathtaking view from outside the windows of the apartment. This place was the perfect getaway. We will definitely be back!!
