Great location near the beach.
Great location near the beach. You can grab food and enjoy the PR nightlife right from this location. A quick Uber ride got us to San Juan in 15 minutes. Great size for me and a guest. Private. Right in the middle of real PR living. Loved it. Otium was so friendly and hospitable. We were greeted with a handwritten note and a lovely check in. We had plenty of supplies and felt right at home.
Amazing location.
Amazing location. The main door to the lobby locks, so it feels very secure. The location is SO walkable. So many restaurants within walking distance, as well as the CVS. The beach is 2 minute walk away. Many activities in the area as well. Very easy to get a quick uber. The shower does have some wear and tear, but it’s just cosmetic. Host is very good about communicating. Overall amazing stay!

Safety Close to everything The renter is super responsive and sweet The neighbors were friendly Cons: There is a lot of noise in the sense of dogs and roosters Although I tried to lock the gate as much as possible it wasn’t always locked I don’t know how but I was bitten by a lot of mosquitos in my sleep The bathroom is tiny. I’m talking half basement apartment in NYC tiny Do not put too much paper in the toilet Recommendations: Ubers to Old San Juan, the beaches and La Plazita were super inexpensive You have a choice of so many beaches and an Uber to Isla Verde was $10 and so worth it
Much better than expected
Much better than expected, gated neighborhood made it a little tricky to find, gate at entry to actual unit broken but neigborhood gated, felt very safe, very nic short walk to beach, full kitchen, very large separate bedroom, a/c cold, completely updated, pool looked great but was roped off and not accessible. Although confusing we made our way with needing to talk to host. We’d stay there again.

Great AirBnB! Very close to all of the PR must-sees. It was clean and an overall wonderful stay. Just be mindful of the stairs, but it was fantastic being able to stay here during our visit. Also a huge plus, our hosts were so communicative and responsive. They truly made us feel at home.

What can I say except everything about our stay was top tier and absolutely AMAZING! The apartment is clean, beautiful, in the perfect location and has access to a private beach. Everything is only 5-10 mins away on an Uber ride - Uber rides were only about $4-$10 per ride. The building itself is super safe and gated with security almost always on duty. My best friend and I, as two women, felt super safe the entire safe and would be in and out Juan Miguel was SUPER responsive and kind, he was available for any questions or concerns and made sure to check in on us Overall my stay here was just perfect, I highly encourage this for anyone looking to be in the middle of everything and wanting to be steps away from the beach

We had a wonderful stay at this airbnb. Our host responded very quickly when needed and went above and beyond our expectations to make sure we were okay during our stay. The beachfront apartment is very clean with great amenities and perfectly located in Condado. I would definitely stay there again.

The location, communications and apartment were all great. The apartment is located in an older building in Condado, on the beach and giving you a feel that you are in Puerto Rico. Walking distance to restaurants, supermarket, and night life, made things really easy for us as we did not have a car. We used uber to get to Old San Juan, which was also easy and not expensive. Thank you for helping to make our stay pleasant.

The adorable villas at Otium were just as described. Miguel or Manuel, (perdoname no me recuerdo) was patient and descriptive as we wandered around trying to find the entrance. Once we got into the property, we were immediately greeted by the Ocean! Stunning view! There is tide pool type areas one can soak their feet & admire some crabs, kitties, and views of the closest beach (Isla Verde/Carolina Beach, short walk-through nature or access through street). There is a skate park next to the entrance which was (for us) a rad addition to the stay. Levi’s restaurant across the street from the Air BnB had great tostones, stews, & cold beer. 787 coffee has great coffee and kind staff. If you enjoy creamy coffee Coquito Latte is a must! Overall, the Boricuas at Otium & the Island want you to enjoy Puerto Rico as much as they do! Our stay was simple, we didn’t ask for much our counterparts at the villa mentioned how attentive and responsive the staff was. Please don’t hesitate to stay here!

We had some issues getting in to the apartment, but the management was very responsive about that. Location is convenient to Old San Juan, local beaches, and airport. One of the A/C units dripped and a bowl of water had to be emptied out every so often. Overall, a good place to stay and good value.

We loved it here. The condo is in a great location that’s very close to everything in San Juan. Condado beach is 2 blocks away! It is a little tricky to find the place using Apple Maps but if you’re near a dry cleaning service just know it’s right next door. Our host was very attentive and responded to our requests quickly. He also provided us with recommendations of things to do which was awesome. Overall, it was a very positive experience.
