The property was clean
The property was clean....the beach is close by...the host always responded on time when if any issues arise...I would stay there again...many places to see from that location...the only problem with stay was pool was not available...from previous reviews it has not been available since April...other than that it was a great stay

I had a very pleasant and comfortable stay at this apartment. It is as described, and was super clean, with a very comfy bed, working air conditioners, a nice city view, a parking spot included, and good security . The location is ideal - a huge, beautiful pool, and literally steps from the lovely beach though take care to only go in about knee deep, there are very dangerous currents in most of the Condado beach area!! Please take a moment to read up about Condado beaches before you travel. This is why having a beautiful well-maintained pool right off the beach is especially nice.

Great apartment in a nice neighborhood. My friend and I stayed here. It was great that we could close the door to the bedroom so we each had some privacy. The place was very clean. The bed was comfortable. The apartment has a beautiful pool and access to a gorgeous beach. We had a great stay. Check out Jorge Enrique restaurant - one of the best meals of my life.
Otium Rentals were extremely communicative
Otium Rentals were extremely communicative whenever we had questions or concerns. The space had all the amenities we were looking for & the residence itself was pretty close to the main Santurce district. Some minor issues such as a tiny ant problem and a particularly loud dog at night (a problem quickly solved with ear plugs) cut through an otherwise great experience. I can’t stress enough how responsive Otium was!

The unit is as viewed in the pictures. It was modern and newly renovated. The host was vey responsive. There were a couple things I had to bring to the owners attention and hopefully they will be addressed before the next renter. No view from the bedroom window nor the front door.

This was a great place to stay while on vacation. The place is very basic but clean. I was a little nervous at first seeing the neighborhood but soon felt very safe with the security gates and cameras. It was hard to locate but we were able to figure it out on our own. Overall, it was a great place to stay to visit San Juan without having to pay for an expensive resort or hotel downtown. The pool is a nice touch.

we had such an amazing experience here. it was everything as described and shown in the photos!! the neighbors were friendly as well and gave us some great recommendations on places we need to try! communication was great, i was checked on and asked if i needed anything. the beach is a 8 minute walk down the road. food and bars nearby and it is also a safe gated community. i felt like home here, i would definitely stay again, thank you!! ❤️
The location is amazing!
The location is amazing! Easy to get to Old San Juan, Condado, Calle Loiza, beaches to the west and walkable to the popular bistro cafe. Spacious place with 2 restrooms. It was quiet in the evening so you can get a good nights rest. Great for family traveling together. The building security is super nice. I would note to be a bit quiet when walking through the halls because there can be an echo and you want to be respectful to other residents/guests.

The location was perfect! Just a 5 minute walk to the beach, and right off Calle Loiza so there are so many food and drink options. There was a local downstairs with a fruit stand, which we purchased from. I went out by myself a few times and felt very comfortable and at home here.

It was a great location! You can walk to the beach and a great breakfast place called, Superfoods. The apartment was clean, but we did have issues with not having water the 2nd day.We were told it was city wide. Pool needed to be cleaned and people were drying their clothes on the fence right by the front door.

As far as the building and the foundation of the apartment itself, everything is falling apart. It was clean but felt dirty just because of the noticeable degrading of foundation (floors/shower floor, front door arch walk way, shower handle falling off, around the toilet corroding). I will say there was lots of modern technology (smart TV, ring camera, good air conditioning units with remotes). I’d plan to bring an extension cord as there are no outlets in the bathroom. I give the customer service a 10/10 - very quick to reply, easy check in, and kept asking if we needed anything. We did request more towels, which they brought us some the next day. Just wish when I read the reviews would’ve been warned about how outdated the building/foundation was. I was expecting a new, modern place based on the pics. The location was excellent! Everything you need in Condado is within walking distance from the apartment. Overall the rental company in general was very accommodating & good bang for your buck if you don’t plan on being in the room much.
