Great location and the best of hosts!

The communication with the host was excellent and much appreciated. It was a little difficult to find the property, but a phone call solved that issue. The downside was no hot water for showers. At least at night there wasn’t. I’m not sure about the morning hours There was nowhere to sit in the living room/kitchen, other than a futon that was very uncomfortable. There were no chairs. The bed was fine. The upside was there was free parking and it was a gated property. it definitely is right off the beach, but the beach is not a swimmable area with a lot of rocks and a Breakwater. There were tons of restaurants in the vicinity which was nice. The additional expenses were a bit steep in my opinion. And once again, the communication from the property was fantastic.

This place was everything we needed! It was a stone’s throw from the beach. Super comfortable. Even after a couple of days we started really feeling at home here. We had a few storms while we were staying here and everything was just so close by and convenient. The communication was on point! When we told them about our pup staying with us, they went above and beyond. Can’t say enough nice things. It is so close to the airport. We were moving back to the states and had a ridiculous list of things that needed to get done and this place was just perfect and comfortable to come back to after a long day! Thank you thank you!! ❤️

Otium Home was amazing, very nice and clean. You get a beautiful view of San Juan! So relaxing & exciting. Communication was on point. Def a good jawn! Thank you

The location was perfect! Just a 5 minute walk to the beach, and right off Calle Loiza so there are so many food and drink options. There was a local downstairs with a fruit stand, which we purchased from. I went out by myself a few times and felt very comfortable and at home here.

Thanks for hosting us! Only private note would be to fix the bed. It’s somewhat broken as it makes a lot of noises when sleeping and moving from side to side.

Great space & service. The Otium team was very receptive to messages if anything was needed. Space: Is as seen in pictures. The building feels pretty secure with security guards on duty 24/7. Bonus is that they’re pretty nice & funny. Location: The spot is central to Condado with quick eats & grocery stores walking distance away. If traversing outside of the Condado touristy area, you’ll find that the Ubers to other areas like Old San Juan, Santurce, Malls, Airport or Beaches are reasonably priced and within 20 minutes drive. Tips: 1. If staying more than a couple of days, don’t be afraid to reach out to Otium for any long term essential supplies that may be missing. We stayed a week, and was met with swift provision of items like mops or dish sponges. 2. Take advantage of the building amenities & beachfront! Although the building is a bit older & under renovations, don’t let that fool you on how well kept many of the airbnb units are as well as the amenities available.

We had a fantastic stay! The condo is exactly as described and looks like the photos. Our host was amazing. We look forward to returning next year! The condo is a great deal in BEST LOCATION...it’s walking distance to everything. The pool is in the back with private access to beach behind it. We spent most of our days out doors in pool and on the beach. There is a pizza place, Marco’s pizza and frozen yogurt spot, across from condo. Door Dash also works and there is a mini mart on first floor or condo that’s makes alcoholic beverages. Their mojitos and Pina coladas were delicious and they will service you and bring drinks to pool which is awesome. Book this place, best value for location with amazing amenities.

The place was just as described and pictured. I LOVED it. The location was perfect. Staying here, you’re right down the street from everything and just about 5-10 Uber ride from other popular attractions. Please stay here if you’re ever wanting to visit San Juan, Puerto Rico. You won’t be disappointed.
