Very clean and modern property, cold A/C and a short walk to museums, grocery store and many restaurants. Hosts were very responsive to our requests for a toaster and coffee mugs. There is one on-site parking space but it is reserved for a long-term resident of the building. On street parking is usually available especially at night further up the street or on Av. de la Constitución. Very reasonably priced.

AMAZINGx5! BUT NOTE THAT REQUIRES STEEP STAIR WALKING FOR THOSE INCAPABLE OR WITH HEAVY LUGGAGE. This place was super super central for the price !!! 7 min walk to beach , 5 min walk for breakfast/ lunch. And maybe 3 min walk to closest dinner spot. We arrived at 4am so our first impression was a little sketchy BUT the place is VERY safe. Kind neighborhood very welcoming and helpful. Inside , was clean and modern. I would say only 2 person comfortably so keep that in mind, any extras I would recommend a air mattress. Owners were quickly responsive and kind. $6-$8 dollar Ubers to La Placita , old San Juan and piñones. The cheap and fast Ubers were KEY to this location. Overall I would DEFINITELY come back. Amazing location for price for young and or seasoned travelers.

Cute little place in a convenient location right on the beach. The building offers round the clock security which made us feel safe when coming back later at night. The host was great at communicating before and during our trip. We enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it.

Nice and comfortable apartment in a good neighborhood. The place is bigger than it looks on pictures! Good location and good price, I would come back.

Otium was very hospitable, proactive, and polite. All in all the place was as described. We were thoroughly pleased with how clean the place was which was a delightful welcome. Parking is a bit tough, and the stairs leading up to the dwelling are a bit steep, makes it tough on luggage. I annoyed my time here. We would have been here longer however our unit encounter a waterline issue that prevented us from having running water for a few days. When I contacted Otium of the situation they were very prompt and I received a call less than 5 minutes after I reached out, and within 10-15 minutes I had received fresh bottled water via y we eats! Thanks again otium!

This was such a great place to stay! Place was clean and big with beautiful lighting. Amazing food and cafes within walking distance and a really great neighborhood! A very comfortable bed too! Super happy we stayed here. To note: we did need earplugs because the neighborhood was loud at night (3 nights there were car alarms that lasted over an hour). No shade on the host because it was a great stay! Just something to note.

This was a very good location for me and the kids. The laundry was very useful for us especially for the kids swimwear. If you do pick this as your location only downside we had was the picture of place it’s located within apartment building it’s not a house.The keypad numbers were not as visible but there was someone who assisted us immediately on helping to get the door open thru FaceTime which was really helpful. We did have to figure out on how to lock the door when leaving. Parking space is shared with other people so make sure to leave space that way you don’t get blocked in. We did have an issue with the water but that was due to a pipe burst we never got an update for the parking or the water being back on. The beach is really close by walking distance. The amenities were great the ac was fully functional. Other than that a pleasant stay would come back.

Otium’s unit was fantastic. Close to the beach, restaurants, and clubbing. Only a 15 minute drive from old San Juan. Extremely clean and easily fits three. Highly recommend!

Wonderful Condo, walking distance to all restaurants and shops! Short Uber or taxi drive to wonderful snorkeling beaches & old San Juan! Highly recommend.

The apartment had everything we needed for our family of 3. The apartment was clean, beds very comfortable. Secure parking in a gated community, supermarket and beach, close by. We rented a car only for half our stay. Ubers were reliable and affordable. One side of the apartment (the bedrooms) faces Calle Loiza and so it’s noisy. We were there around Christmas and so there were a few days when bikes were zooming about between midnight and 3 am. Something to keep in mind if you are a light sleeper like us. Except for that, it was a good stay. Otium rentals were very responsive whenever we needed something.
