This rental was great! It’s a modern renovated space in an older building. The location is on a busy street and there is only street parking, so that is something to keep in mind if you have a car. Otherwise, the bed was really comfortable, the bathroom and living room were clean, and they had a lot of amenities like bottled water, coffee, kitchen things, and bathroom things. The counter space in the bathroom is tight, but there was a mirror outside of the bathroom with a stool to sit if you have a beauty routine. Overall a good stay!

From the minute my family and I arrived everything was perfect. Place was clean and felt like home. Lots of great shops & restaurants within walking distance. You also have not one but 2 outside balconies wwhich we used for breakfast and dinner. Highly recommend, we will be back next year and partly because of our beautiful airbnb. This place was in a gated community, easy enough to get into via Uber. We found the lockbox no problem but the key didn’t operate the door, it required a combo. The door was open when we got there so that was a little scary. I sent my husband in to make sure it was cleared. We were a group of 5 and anything more than that would’ve been cramped. If you want the authentic PR living experience, this will definitely give it to you. The area felt safe and the beach was right down the road. This was close to Loiza street where there are plenty of restaurants. There were a few issues but I didn’t bother reaching the host as it was stuff that I felt like couldn’t be fixed as we were already there. There were only 3 washcloths for a family of 5. The kitchen sink has lots of calcium buildup on the faucet area. The walls were dirty heading up the stairs and behind the futon. The water pressure on the last day was ridiculous. No vent in the bathroom. No iron board cover. Overall, okay experience.

Love it!!! Perfect location steps away from the beach. We found it very easy to navigate the surroundings since many stores, bars, and restaurants nearby. Guilty of spending some time with the PacMan arcade, which definitely brought back some good memories. Beautiful cozy apartment, easy check-in, sparkling clean, and the views are amazing!

It’s a little cute apartment at the very center of the city. There is no easier way to get to the beach, restaurants and museums then from that place! It’s convenient if you’re traveling light. I would say it looks bigger on a photos then I expected, but again, as long as you’re not planning to hang there the entire vacation- it works perfectly 👌
Overall great value!
Overall great value! Considering that this location has direct view of the ocean, onsite parking, washer and dryer in the unit, full kitchen and is centrally located to every amenity one would need (walking distance), you'd be hard pressed to find another equivalent space at this price point. If you're looking to stay in Condado or the surrounding vicinity I would highly recommend this booking and would look to stay here again. Just some of the extra considerations provided by the host: Complimentary toothpaste, shampoo, body wash and conditioner along with an ample supply of towels. Wifi and Netflix access with a TV in the living room and bedroom. The air conditioning units work flawlessly. I will say that if you're looking for the absolute finest of everything (premium leather sofas, fine China, Egyptian cotton spreads, etc) you may want to increase your budget and explore another tier of accommodation but again the value for this particular booking is hard to beat!

Probably one of the best Airbnb’s I’ve ever stayed in. The space is so stylish, immaculately clean, and in a great building. The host was so thoughtful and left us complimentary masks, hand sanitizer, and even left a bowl out for our dog. So nice! We absolutely loved this place and every detail was thought of for us. Book this place now!
Our stay at Otium’s was great!
Our stay at Otium's was great! The location was perfect - just steps from the beach and a short walk to a number of great bars and restaurants. The unit is simple, but was very clean and had everything we needed to be comfortable after long days in the sun. Thank you to Otium and team for consistent communication and an easy check-in/check-out! We'd definitely stay again :)

Overall our stay was great! One thing we did not expect was to have to walk up two flights of stairs to get to the Airbnb. There were a few issues like the wifi and kitchen outlets not working and cold water in the shower. But Otium did respond quickly to our messages about the outlets and the wifi. We assumed the water was a part of being in PR so we didn’t say anything but it seemed to get warmer once the outlets were fixed. I would still recommend this spot to anyone looking for a cozy place to stay with lots of restaurants and the beach nearby!
