Overall great stay. Apt is in a very bustling neighborhood with restaurants, high end hotels, and just one block from the beach. One draw back is that there was a lot of road noise and people partying late at night so was hard to sleep. Unit itself was very comfortable and in a central part of San Juan. Otium as a host was quick to respond to questions and make recommendations.

It was a great stay, the place is beautiful. It has two balconies, very clean very bohemian style home. The only thing is there weren’t enough towels or blankets so make sure you bring. Besides that the neighborhood is pretty nice, you can see the airplane flying by and you have local shops around you. It’s worth staying here

It was our first time in Puerto Rico and they really made us feel at home. I really loved the hospitality, how easy it was to check-in and check out! It was very clean and everything was like in the pictures. I also loved how the property was gated and had its own privacy. The location was perfect it was near the airport but also walkable to a lot of restaurants and beach. The host was very accommodating and took care of us and all our needs. Also they were very responsive to whenever we needed to reach them. We will definitely go back!

Our family had an amazing time staying here. The location was perfect we didn’t have to rent a car. Places were walkable but also the Ubers were really cheap if you wanted to go a little further. The pool is always a plus with my 2 boys and having the beach as a “backyard” was great as well. The views from the apartment were beautiful. Everything was clean, there were extra bath towels, beach towels, beach chairs among other things. Oh and how can I forget the welcome basket there was local sweets and chips which my boys devoured. Thank you to our great host for all their hospitality.

the stay was great and clean! felt right at home and the Host was extremely nice and reliable, 5 people stayed here comfortably without feeling cramped or uncomfortable. If you’re going to be using Uber I would recommend pinning your location to the intersection before the gate. We walked to a couple places to eat with no issue anywhere from 15-20min walk along the beach because the weather is beautiful

We were comfortable and happy for the days we stayed at the Bnb ,it was amazing ,a lot of stores were near by and we had a lot of fun. Thank you so much and we we be gladly to book again! You will enjoy the area .Customer service was very on point as well ,treated us with kind and respect ,anytime we had a question ,was always there to help us .You will enjoy this area so much fun.

Hi! We stayed here and we loved it! This place is perfect for a family of four, just be prepared to share a bathroom of course. However that’s any hotel but with twice the space. It was only a five minute walk to the beach which was great and you definitely felt safe in the neighborhood! Everything inside was very pristine and clean. A couple things to note: there is only one entrance into the neighborhood that works but they communicate how to get there easily! Just put the road name in! Also when we arrived at midnight (flight was delayed) we could not get through gate of the house. Turns out it was broken and we just had to pull it! It maybe fixed once you stay but if not, just pull the garage gate!! The neighborhood can get noisy but that’s okay! Also if you’re staying PLEASEEE go eat at the BARBACOA place within a 5 min walk. Being from Memphis it is one of the best bbq I’ve ever had!! All and all if we return to San Juan we will stay here! Thank you so much!

From the minute my family and I arrived everything was perfect. Place was clean and felt like home. Lots of great shops & restaurants within walking distance. You also have not one but 2 outside balconies wwhich we used for breakfast and dinner. Highly recommend, we will be back next year and partly because of our beautiful airbnb. If your looking to be close to everything in San Juan this is the place everything is about 7-15mins away. I appreciated the Host for making sure we were good throughout the whole experience. Looking forward to seeing some of the upgrades he will be adding shortly to make this a must stay.
The place was cool for the price
The place was cool for the price I stayed there for 7 days looks just like the photos had a smart tv and ac host was really cool no one tried to violate privacy of any sort neighborhood could look a little sketchy but it is very nice people all around all the neighbors are cool and nice lots of cool local spots and I was comfortable walking around the neighborhood at 2/3am pretty quiet at night and Ubers are cheap everywhere average was $4.50 honestly don’t know how they pull that off but no complaints here !!

The apartment was super clean and looked just like the pictures. The stay is located on a very up and coming block filled with restaurants and bars. The beach is also a couple minutes away so it was perfect. Would definitely recommend!
