Otium's place was spacious and exactly like the pics. Location was in a gated area so felt safe and for the most part quiet, except for a dog barking on one night from a neighboring home. Other than that, pretty quiet location. Host was very responsive and checked-in with us very often. We had some bathroom issues with the drain being clogged the first night there, host fixed the issue right away. Also, we received lots of recommendations for places to eat and sightsee. Would absolutely stay here again when visiting PR again! Thank you for having us!
Great Location in CONDADO
Great Location in CONDADO, close to almost everything 15 min drive from Airport and 15 min drive to Old San Juan. Lot's of restaurants to choose from within walking distance. (Note: if you are renting a car only down fall is, there is no parking at location, you will have to pay a nightly fee, there is a parking garage next door to building ($24.00 for three nights). Place overall is great. quiet, nice and cool AC, very clean and well kept. I would recommend this location.

The pool and beach access was the best part of the stay. The pool was clean and great temperature. The beach located in the backyard of the community was amazing. The apartment looks exactly like the pictures. The AC and water pressure was good. The restaurants near by were not that great. We went out almost every meal but the Ubers were reasonable.

I would definitely book again. Communicating with the host was so easy and was so responsive. Our last day in San Juan a water pipe bursted and we had no water. They left us gallons of water at the door which was so kind of them. The place is just like the pictures and close to everything. Literally, everything is walking distance. On weekend nights it’s gets a little noisy but it’s overall a safe location.

There are lifetime residents so it’s not a resort or a private hotel more so a apartment building. The host was extremely nice early checkin and even let us leave our bags until it was time to leave for the airport . Nothing but a great time on my stay definitely recommend

The place was just as described and pictured. I LOVED it. The location was perfect. Staying here, you’re right down the street from everything and just about 5-10 Uber ride from other popular attractions. Please stay here if you’re ever wanting to visit San Juan, Puerto Rico. You won’t be disappointed.

The stay at this location was great you could walk to everything! It was easy getting checked in and also checking out. We had asked for more towels and the host provided towels when we needed them! I would recommend this place to everyone.

Air b&b looked exactly like the pictures. Otium team was very responsive once I landed to make sure everything was too my liking. Loved that they follow up with you daily to see how they can accommodate you in anyway. Ubers from this place is like $5-$8 if your staying in San Juan. Place was super clean the a.c was working well. Great stay i will definitely come back and stay with otium.

If your looking to be close to everything in San Juan this is the place everything is about 7-15mins away. I appreciated the Host for making sure we were good throughout the whole experience. Looking forward to seeing some of the upgrades he will be adding shortly to make this a must stay.
