Slight glitch with combo lock (my naïveté), host very responsive! Sweet beach-side building with lap-pool, lounge chairs, separate wading pool and direct access to beach! Decent size gym with great weights & 5 cardio machines. 24-hour security, pool & ping-pong room, sitting room/ library, laundry room and small convenience store on ground floor. Easy to walk, scooter or über all around San Juan. Loved my stay💕

Loved this stay. In a quiet area of San Juan but still a lot of close places to walk or ride share to… not to mention being practically right on the beach! We loved our stay even on rainy days or extremely hot days. Appreciated the recommendations and fast responses as well. Only critique would be that the water pressure could be a little stronger; however, the pressure did feel nice after a day or two of sunburns ;)

This is a decent sized space I used it for a 6 day stay with me and my girlfriend. The property owner is very attentive and communicates consistently and had I had any issue I’m sure they would’ve found a way to fix it during my stay. But I had no issues. This property is just a short walk away from the beach and it’s also in the middle of the weekend night life scene so if you plan on being out and about consistently this is the place to be. If you plan on staying indoors half of your time I’d suggest looking for something else.

The neighborhood was as expected and only a few minutes walk from Condado beach. The arcade game was fun to play too.

Thank you! The location is fantastic. The building itself feels run down and the door to the beach has been “under repairs” for over a year, according to a friend who lived there. But the apt itself is practical and it has everything one needs. Thanks for bringing the coffee maker right away. Best of luck in the future.

These little boutique condos were perfect for what I was looking for. Somewhere quiet on the beach. Our balcony overlook the courtyard where the pool is and from our bedroom you could hear the ocean and see the beautiful waves. Thank you for having us❣️

AMAZINGx5! BUT NOTE THAT REQUIRES STEEP STAIR WALKING FOR THOSE INCAPABLE OR WITH HEAVY LUGGAGE. This place was super super central for the price !!! 7 min walk to beach , 5 min walk for breakfast/ lunch. And maybe 3 min walk to closest dinner spot. We arrived at 4am so our first impression was a little sketchy BUT the place is VERY safe. Kind neighborhood very welcoming and helpful. Inside , was clean and modern. I would say only 2 person comfortably so keep that in mind, any extras I would recommend a air mattress. Owners were quickly responsive and kind. $6-$8 dollar Ubers to La Placita , old San Juan and piñones. The cheap and fast Ubers were KEY to this location. Overall I would DEFINITELY come back. Amazing location for price for young and or seasoned travelers.

Excellent stay for 7 friends visiting PR. The rooms were spacious. The area has good Food options open late night. It close drive to old San Juan which was a plus. The host was super easy to communicate with. We also Loved the community shared pool. I would highly recommend this spot for big groups or family’s visiting.
