Our family had an amazing time staying here. The location was perfect we didn’t have to rent a car. Places were walkable but also the Ubers were really cheap if you wanted to go a little further. The pool is always a plus with my 2 boys and having the beach as a “backyard” was great as well. The views from the apartment were beautiful. Everything was clean, there were extra bath towels, beach towels, beach chairs among other things. Oh and how can I forget the welcome basket there was local sweets and chips which my boys devoured. Thank you to our great host for all their hospitality.

The ease and location of this rental made my experience great! There were basic utensils and a cute welcome basket.

Our stay was everything we could ask for. The location was perfect as it was right off of Loiza Street, a short walk to the beach, and within a short Uber ride to most other neighborhoods in San Juan. We didn't know how to work the air conditioner and needed extra blankets, and the host was extremely attentive to our concerns and requests and delivered everything with a very positive, ready to help attitude. The apt was clean and perfect for 3 guests with all new amenities. Overall, we are very happy with our stay and will definitely stay again.

Great location and very responsive host.

Our stay was comfortable, however sofas needed vacuuming and I never sat on them. The ac intake was totally clogged but the ac was freezing on every setting but maintenance quickly came to clean it. The pillows were thin on the master bed. Ask for more towels. The beach towels need upgrading. Good location and very beautiful views.

I had a perfect stay! The apartment was clean and linens were fresh. It’s centrally located among restaurants and bars and a short walk to the beach. The host was very quick to respond with any question and fast to accommodate any of my concerns. There was an island-wide electrical outage and the host brought flashlights and water in the middle of the night. I would definitely stay again.

This rental was great! It’s a modern renovated space in an older building. The location is on a busy street and there is only street parking, so that is something to keep in mind if you have a car. Otherwise, the bed was really comfortable, the bathroom and living room were clean, and they had a lot of amenities like bottled water, coffee, kitchen things, and bathroom things. The counter space in the bathroom is tight, but there was a mirror outside of the bathroom with a stool to sit if you have a beauty routine. Overall a good stay!

The building, pool, and beach access was easy to navigate, and the security guards were friendly and helpful. The apartment was just as pictured. We did not have any problems/issues. It could have used I bit more storage space or a place to put your suitcases to get them off the floor. The shower area was great but also could have used a shelf and hooks, somewhere to put your things. The shower is a great size and they provided: shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. I guess our only “complaint “ was that the water temperature never stayed where you wanted it. It would deviate from very very hot to almost cold every couple minutes. It really didn’t bother us that much though. The kitchen has all of the basic items that you’ll need. There’s also a grocery store very nearby. They provided two beach chairs, two beach towels, and a cooler. We use these almost every day! We had a great stay, and would definitely stay here again!

Should check the water pressure and heater (which I guess it doesn’t heat well because of the lack of pressure of the water) maybe change the shower head? That happened to me at home and fixed it by shanking the shower head. Everything else was great!

Great place to stay, and surrounded by so many restaurants and hangout spots.
