Great location within easy walking distance to the beach
Great location within easy walking distance to the beach, many restaurants, and places to shop. We rented a car and drove into Old San Juan and the drive was very easy. The place was very clean, the hosts were in touch to make sure we didn’t need anything and it was a great experience staying here. The only small issue we had was connecting to WiFi, but not a deal breaker for us. Thanks!

we had such an amazing experience here. it was everything as described and shown in the photos!! the neighbors were friendly as well and gave us some great recommendations on places we need to try! communication was great, i was checked on and asked if i needed anything. the beach is a 8 minute walk down the road. food and bars nearby and it is also a safe gated community. i felt like home here, i would definitely stay again, thank you!! ❤️

We have a great time in Puerto Rico. The condo was in a good location to walk to get food and it even had a Bodega downstairs in the building for quick necessities. The beach is right out the back door and they also had a really nice pool. The hot water doesn't last long, so make sure you wash up quickly. lol! I'm sure that is due to it being an older building. Unlike the continental US, Puerto Rico takes COVID very serious and masks are required inside the public spaces of the building at all times. They had a screen by the elevator that listed the rules for the evlevators as well. We tried our best not to offend anyone by following those instructions.The host responded pretty quickly to any questions we had. I would definitely recommend staying here to anyone I knew.

The location was very close to the airport and central to most attractions. It was nicely decorated. Very clean. We stayed at two locations both were very nice the second was my favorite. It was like modern studio apartment just large enough for my daughter and I. Beach themed decor with tiled shower. It had small cooktop and small fridge for any quick cuisines you want put together. The Otium staff was very friendly, very responsive, and very attentive to our needs as a guest. We enjoyed our stay.

I noticed a few reviews saying it was difficult to find/check in but if you follow the instructions they provide and read the map it’s super easy! Overall it was a very satisfactory experience. Wee really enjoyed the Bistro Cafe across the street for breakfast. We went twice!

Great experience! We really enjoyed our time in this AirBNB and in the local areas. Parking is tough to find consistently, but usually with a few extra minutes of patience, you can find a good spot a street or two away! Raices Bar and Grill near by is DELICIOUS and Condado beach is super close! You’re going to really enjoy your time here!

If you want to be right in the middle of everything in Condado, this location is perfect. The apartment itself, however, is very quiet and you cannot hear the street noise. Plenty of room for a group of two, and the apartment is very clean and well stocked. The Otium team is very responsive and helpful. Two things to note: this listing does NOT include parking on the premises as it suggests. There is street parking in Condado which is nearly impossible to find, especially in that location. The wifi is not workable for working from home or video calls, only light phone browsing. For a vacation without a car and no work, I highly recommend this place :)

It’s in the middle of everything, which gave me access to many neighborhood amenities and east travel to attractions, restaurants, entertainment, etc. The host was more than attentive with the check in and check out process, and kept tabs on us during the stay Incase we needed anything. Thanks again for the hospitality!

The pool was a nice bonus and was another option for our little one if we didn't go to the beach. Quick responses was also great, if we needed something the host was back with us within minutes. A little small, but for us the place worked with a family of 3. Also, we were near many restaurants and very walkable. Would recommend.
