The place is right in the center of everything and so close to the beach! It was frustrating when there wasn't an extra blanket in the closet, but when I messaged them they responded right away and brought us what we needed. Highly recommend!

The apartment has a beautiful view to the sea from the bedroom and the apartment counts with a small fridge, microwave, pots, dish detergent, sponge, and a variety of items to visit the beach nearby. When I encountered a problem, I contacted Otium, via whatsspp, and they send team members to solve the problem as soon as possible. The laundry room is free of charge and is available 24 hours. The apartment is located in a prime area surrendered by multiple restaurants, in the San Juan area and Carolina area.The supermarket is within a walk distance.

This was such a nice place to stay at! The complex was very quiet and private. Our host responded quick and answered any questions we had. We were around 10-15 mins from the beach, airport, and Walmart. The place was clean and had everything we needed, would definitely stay here again!
The place was cool for the price
The place was cool for the price I stayed there for 7 days looks just like the photos had a smart tv and ac host was really cool no one tried to violate privacy of any sort neighborhood could look a little sketchy but it is very nice people all around all the neighbors are cool and nice lots of cool local spots and I was comfortable walking around the neighborhood at 2/3am pretty quiet at night and Ubers are cheap everywhere average was $4.50 honestly don’t know how they pull that off but no complaints here !!

What can I say except everything about our stay was top tier and absolutely AMAZING! The apartment is clean, beautiful, in the perfect location and has access to a private beach. Everything is only 5-10 mins away on an Uber ride - Uber rides were only about $4-$10 per ride. The building itself is super safe and gated with security almost always on duty. My best friend and I, as two women, felt super safe the entire safe and would be in and out Juan Miguel was SUPER responsive and kind, he was available for any questions or concerns and made sure to check in on us Overall my stay here was just perfect, I highly encourage this for anyone looking to be in the middle of everything and wanting to be steps away from the beach
Overall the condo was good.
Overall the condo was good. Everything was very clean. However, when arriving to the condo it is a little confusing trying to find the lock box with the key. The condo is exactly as pictured, but the pictures are much nicer online than the actual place itself. It seemed to be a good location and we felt safe at the condo at night time. I highly recommend a rental car! You will need it. When we arrived we only had 3 towels for 4 adults and there was not a comforter on the king size bed. The communication with management was 10/10 and they fixed the issues immediately. The building did have some sort of sewage issue- so it did smell pretty bad at some times. Overall, we would stay at this location again!

We walked to planet fitness in the mornings and we walked home from a few restaurants and bars at night and never had an issue. There is so much in walking distance. The place was very clean. The taxi from there to Old San Juan was under $20. Definitely will use otium again in the future. Thank you.

Great place to stay at. Loved the location, it's in the center of many popular attractions such as bars, beaches, clubs, restaurants, supermarkets & stores. There was some hiccups with the lock but overall amazing experience. The customer service team is very prompt and easy to communicate with. The place was EXTREMELY CLEAN and having a pool (for the entire complex, it is not private) was very clutch. The photos do match the apartment, however I do believe it needs a paint touch up. I would highly recommend booking this airbnb if you want something on the cheaper side, but very comfortable and accessible for traversing PR.
The location of this place is perfect.
The location of this place is perfect. You’ll have everything you need like clean towels and air conditioning. One thing to note is that this is a residential building so don’t expect this to be a hotel. However, you have access to the pool and private beach entrance. I recommend this place if you’re looking for something affordable, clean, and close to everything. The customer service was exceptional and of course Pac-Man! The convenient store downstairs was also a plus.

We stayed in this amazing apartment for 5 nights, and the location couldn’t have been better!
We stayed in this amazing apartment for 5 nights, and the location couldn't have been better! It's right off Calle Loiza, known for its amazing selection of restaurants, night clubs, and grocery stores - all within walking distance. Condado and Ocean Park beaches are just a 10-minute walk away, making it the perfect spot for an unforgettable experience! The apartment was immaculate and modern, much bigger than it looks in the photos and we loved the huge windows. The internet was great - we were able to attend meetings simultaneously without any connection drops. The kitchen was fully equipped but on the small side - you could fix a small meal, but it would be difficult to cook an elaborate course. Both the bedroom and living room had a smart TV and air conditioner, and the air conditioners were extremely efficient. There were a few small things missing that would have made this experience truly "home away from home". Nevertheless, we would gladly stay here again.
