Wonderful spot!

This condo was nice, the A/C was always on and super cold. Huge living room with two L-shaped sofas on each corner. Beautiful kitchen with everything you need in it including washer and dryer. Two bedrooms nice size; master bedroom had a bathroom and king size bed. Nice size swimming pool gazebo with barbecue grill, two minutes from the beach. But the nicest thing for me was the hospitality the hostess provided. John was excellent. So accommodating, when we needed extra towels, within the hour they were by the door. He provided us with extra blankets and pillows and at one point the ice maker machine wasn’t working properly in the refrigerator and he literally sent an Uber with a bag of ice to the condo at 11 o’clock at night. That is service for ya! He brought us extra keys; the guy was just awesome. I gave him a five star for hospitality. literally awesome person who cares about your experience. 💕

The place is nice and the surroundings too, it has an awesome gate that connects with the beach so you don’t have to go far to have a good time! Only bad thing was that the roller shade went off the third day and no one went to fix it even after told us that they were gonna fix it. Also the pans are imposible to use our food get stuck every single time, again they told us they were gonna give us another pan and it never happened.

Really nice place, the location is good and safe

This airbnb was in the perfect location with a lot of restaurants nearby and it was easy to get an uber to the places further away. The guide book they provided helped me pick good restaurants to eat it too. I did have a couple issues upon arrival but thankfully the host was very responsive, so they were quickly taken care of. They even FaceTimed me to help me get into the lock box. I would definitely stay here again!

The apartment is just like the pictures. Space was big, clean, and had everything we needed. It also had a beach chair and bag which we used for our trips to the beach. Location is close to the beach and Ashford Ave. and other tourist spots. If you’re renting a car, there’s parking all along the street. Definitely would recommend!

The studio is modern, bright, and clean. We walked to ocean park beach easily and to the restaurants and bars on Calle Loiza. They checked on us to make sure we had everything and were enjoying our stay, and even dropped off more towels for us. Highly recommend

The location is excellent—walkable distance to restaurants, bars, and the supermarket. It has beach access, which is fantastic. The apartment has a great design—funky walls are great. The bed is amazingly comfortable. First time I see a Pac-Man arcade in an Airbnb! Otium was always on call. We got some great restaurant recommendations. On my next trip, I am booking this apartment again. Thanks for the hospitality!

Quaint and cozy! The host was friendly and responsive. The property can be a little tricky to find / check into but otherwise it was pretty perfect.

Amazing apartment and the best service, so helpful and made my stay effortless

Superb hosts! They went ABOVE and BEYOND to ensure my stay in San Juan was amazing. The check-in instructions were clear and concise. Prime location in Condado, the beach is literally 2 mins away & you’re in the heart of everything. As a tourist, I felt very safe at this Airbnb as you need to use your key to enter the building and to get into the elevator/stairs. Communication was great- quick responses. The apartment was IMMACULATE and smelled very clean. Our hosts even went out of their way to order an Uber when my boyfriend and I got lost in Pinones. (note to self: there’s a difference between Pinones beach & Pinones Boardwalk). I couldn’t ask for a better stay - don’t hesitate, just book it! Trust me, you’re in great hands.
