The place was cool for the price
The place was cool for the price I stayed there for 7 days looks just like the photos had a smart tv and ac host was really cool no one tried to violate privacy of any sort neighborhood could look a little sketchy but it is very nice people all around all the neighbors are cool and nice lots of cool local spots and I was comfortable walking around the neighborhood at 2/3am pretty quiet at night and Ubers are cheap everywhere average was $4.50 honestly don’t know how they pull that off but no complaints here !!

My wife and I were there for a conference for a week and we had a few days to have fun in the Island. But Otium’s place was perfect for us. It was private and we were able to cook in when we want it to. Puerto Rico is humid so having a pool at the end of the day was a great joy and being able to have access to it whenever we want it to use it was great. The place has everything you need for a vacation trip and the place also had chairs so you could use and take out at a beach. Only thing if you like to cook you just need to buy your own spices. Luckily there is a market close by open 24hrs if you need any groceries. But there also a bunch of small little restaurants where you can walk to. There is a nice little walk where you can see the ocean. It was a gated place so we felt protected. It’s close to the airport and old san juan. Would consider staying there again in the future.

Our stay at this air bnb was nice, every inch of the place was utilized and the owners were nice enough to leave towels and beach chairs that my family and I were able to take to the beach. Getting to the place at first was a bit shocking, the outside wasn’t what we expected but it also wasn’t pictured on the posting, and the state of the pool/backyard area doesn’t look as upkept as on the pictures. However, once you’re inside, the place was cute and comfortable, had enough space for our family of 4, air conditioned throughout, and overall located in a very convenient area. I would definitely stay there again when I go back to puerto rico.

we had such an amazing experience here. it was everything as described and shown in the photos!! the neighbors were friendly as well and gave us some great recommendations on places we need to try! communication was great, i was checked on and asked if i needed anything. the beach is a 8 minute walk down the road. food and bars nearby and it is also a safe gated community. i felt like home here, i would definitely stay again, thank you!! ❤️

The place is nice and the surroundings too
The place is nice and the surroundings too, it has an awesome gate that connects with the beach so you don’t have to go far to have a good time! Only bad thing was that the roller shade went off the third day and no one went to fix it even after told us that they were gonna fix it. Also the pans are imposible to use our food get stuck every single time, again they told us they were gonna give us another pan and it never happened.

The apartment was very clean and a comfortable space. It was equipped with everything we needed. When we arrived the washer wasn’t working but before we let them know someone contacted me and it they came to fix it right away. When I discovered there wasn’t a blow dryer in the bathroom, they brought one immediately. The bed was a large king bed but the mattress was hard and not too comfortable. The beach was close by and within walking distance. Parking was convenient and there was always a space available.The downside of the apartment was that our view was a parking lot with a trailer parked directly across in the lot. We could see the water but there was no view of the beach. In addition Ashford Avenue was like a raceway with cars speeding down the street and loud music playing from cars with open windows until late at night. Overall it was fine, however because of the location unfortunately, we would not consider returning to this apartment.
Great location in Condado.
Great location in Condado. Close to many restaurants, pharmacies and nightlife. This location was great for our family of 4, 2 adults and 2 infants. This Airbnb was great, we were able to do early check-in, and had a pack and play. This Airbnb offers exactly what is listed in their Airbnb. It’s right on the beach, the property has a pool, children’s pool, laundry room, gym, and there’s a small convenience store on the first floor. The Airbnb also had beach chairs, toys and an umbrella which were great for going to the beach right behind the building.
Very clean and modern property
Very clean and modern property, cold A/C and a short walk to museums, grocery store and many restaurants. Hosts were very responsive to our requests for a toaster and coffee mugs. There is one on-site parking space but it is reserved for a long-term resident of the building. On street parking is usually available especially at night further up the street or on Av. de la Constitución. Very reasonably priced.

Excellent stay for 7 friends visiting PR. The rooms were spacious. The area has good Food options open late night. It close drive to old San Juan which was a plus. The host was super easy to communicate with. We also Loved the community shared pool. I would highly recommend this spot for big groups or family’s visiting.

If you’re looking for an experience that will mix you right into the community look no further. This Airbnb is tucked away on the side with modern touches when you get in. It’s a great way to experience some local foods/vibes, plus it’s actually a hangout spot for nightlife if you’re down. It’s minutes away from Old San Juan, Condado, and Isla Verde. The host is very responsive and will literally help you plan an amazing stay if you need it. I will definitely stay here again, next time I plan to be in the area

We have a great time in Puerto Rico. The condo was in a good location to walk to get food and it even had a Bodega downstairs in the building for quick necessities. The beach is right out the back door and they also had a really nice pool. The hot water doesn't last long, so make sure you wash up quickly. lol! I'm sure that is due to it being an older building. Unlike the continental US, Puerto Rico takes COVID very serious and masks are required inside the public spaces of the building at all times. They had a screen by the elevator that listed the rules for the evlevators as well. We tried our best not to offend anyone by following those instructions.The host responded pretty quickly to any questions we had. I would definitely recommend staying here to anyone I knew.
Beautiful apartment!
Beautiful apartment! We stayed for a week and it was exactly what we needed. There is an huge window in the apartment that lets in a ton of natural light which was so nice!! Only issues were that the whole bathroom got super wet and dirty with each shower because the water went everywhere. Also, we stayed for a week and had no cleaning supplies at all in the apartment so the place got a bit gross by the end.

Our stay at Otium's was great! The location was perfect - just steps from the beach and a short walk to a number of great bars and restaurants. The unit is simple, but was very clean and had everything we needed to be comfortable after long days in the sun. Thank you to Otium and team for consistent communication and an easy check-in/check-out! We'd definitely stay again :)

We had a balcony but some chairs would have been great so we could sit out there as there were no chairs inside either so if we wanted a meal we had to either sit on the bed or stand. Other than that the place was good. Good location for Isla verde beach and restaurants and to get out onto the main road if you’re exploring the island. Pool was nice.
The location of this place is perfect.
The location of this place is perfect. You’ll have everything you need like clean towels and air conditioning. One thing to note is that this is a residential building so don’t expect this to be a hotel. However, you have access to the pool and private beach entrance. I recommend this place if you’re looking for something affordable, clean, and close to everything. The customer service was exceptional and of course Pac-Man! The convenient store downstairs was also a plus.
Overall the condo was good.
Overall the condo was good. Everything was very clean. However, when arriving to the condo it is a little confusing trying to find the lock box with the key. The condo is exactly as pictured, but the pictures are much nicer online than the actual place itself. It seemed to be a good location and we felt safe at the condo at night time. I highly recommend a rental car! You will need it. When we arrived we only had 3 towels for 4 adults and there was not a comforter on the king size bed. The communication with management was 10/10 and they fixed the issues immediately. The building did have some sort of sewage issue- so it did smell pretty bad at some times. Overall, we would stay at this location again!

I would give Otium’s place 5 stars. Here are the top things that we really enjoyed/valued. 1. Very close to the beach and park 2. Secure building with key access to get into the parking lot, front door of the building, and up the elevator 3. Very spacious apartment with lots of seating 4. Kitchen with everything you could possibly need 5. Comfortable beds and 2 bathrooms 6. Owner was very responsive I would definitely recommend this place.
