If you see this review this is your sign to book this unit! The host was amazing! The unit Amazing. The community and neighbors are amazing! I love the feel of home that we had during our stay! It’s definitely convenient to so many things such as food, beach, shopping and more. The drive to downtown, airport, and old San Juan is 20 minutes or less. The unit was clean and equipped with what we needed. I will definitely use this host and unit for my next stay.
This place was just like the pictures!
This place was just like the pictures! We couldn’t have asked for a clean and cozier place to stay. They also had two beach chairs, which we made full use of by walking to the beach that was located just a few blocks away. There were many cafes in the area and a Walgreens conveniently located less than a block away. The check-in and check-out process were very smooth. Overall we had a nice stay and the host were very available when we had questions.

The place was super cute and spacious, just like the pictures. The immediate surroundings wasn't super fancy but a reallyy pretty beach is just a 10 mins walk away. It's super close to isla verde and condado both so kind of mid way which was perfect.

El area es turística con aseso controlado y códigos de mucha seguridad. Muchos restaurantes aledaños. Playas adyacentes y piscina. Todo sería ideal en un verano! Muy conveniente para el uso de Taxis o Uber. El dueño es un hombre muy joven, que lo considero un gran ejemplo de éxito y superación para toda la juventud local y de otros países. Demuestra un gran nivel de madurez emocional y profesionalismo esforzándose constantemente para mejorar la estructura.
Our stay at this air bnb was nice
Our stay at this air bnb was nice, every inch of the place was utilized and the owners were nice enough to leave towels and beach chairs that my family and I were able to take to the beach. Getting to the place at first was a bit shocking, the outside wasn't what we expected but it also wasn't pictured on the posting, and the state of the pool/backyard area doesn't look as upkept as on the pictures. However, once you're inside, the place was cute and comfortable, had enough space for our family of 4, air conditioned throughout, and overall located in a very convenient area. I would definitely stay there again when I go back to puerto rico.
My stay here was awesome!
My stay here was awesome! It is a great location with many walkable restaurants and coffee shops, you can even walk to the isla verde beach! It is a gated area which I really appreciated and the beach chairs were a PLUS. They did accommodate our super late check in as our flight had gotten extremely delayed, but there was one issue that was solve within the hour! I will recommend to make sure the pedestrian key is present once you check in as you need it to get in and out if you don’t have a car (the car gate automatically opens when leaving the property). Other than that- the pool was a nice touch, but I wish there were more mirrors as there was only the small one in the bathroom. I would definitely stay here again!!

If you want the amenities of a hotel but want to live like a local this is the place to be. They pay attention to the smallest detail every thing from beach chairs and towels to a brand new kitchen sponge. This place is less than a minute walk to the beach, near great restaurants, the pool is nice and warm. I see people mentioned instructions were difficult but if you ready throughly it is easy to find. Great staff, Juan Miguel was the best! This will be my go to stay for when I come to PR.

Overall great stay. Apt is in a very bustling neighborhood with restaurants, high end hotels, and just one block from the beach. One draw back is that there was a lot of road noise and people partying late at night so was hard to sleep. Unit itself was very comfortable and in a central part of San Juan. Otium as a host was quick to respond to questions and make recommendations.
