This space was great. The location was perfect. Condado beach was a few blocks away. The Ubers to other beaches were $5-$10. Everything was local. Walgreens and McDonald’s are around the corner. The space was perfect for my spouse and I. The only thing I can say was the bathroom was a bit small and needed more counter space for toiletries. A mop should be included in the space due to the shower being small and water spilling out of the shower

The host provides everything you need for a beach day and is extremely detailed with welcoming you upon arrival (with tiny details you’ll come across in your Airbnb). I’m a sucker for a cozy bed and my oh my this bed was THE BEST bed I’ve slept on in all my years traveling. 10/10

Truly happy we found this place last minute on our trip. It was so cute that I immediately thought that I would love to live here. Appreciated that I didn’t have to worry about carrying around a key. The AC was great especially with the Puerto Rico heat it was a gift. The bed was big and comfy. The bathroom was adorable. My favorite thing was the black out curtains which allowed for privacy and restful sleep. The location is ideal because it’s close to a lot of good local restaurants and just a short Uber ride away from anywhere else you needed to be. Will definitely be back next time I find myself in Puerto Rico.

Great location overall, just know that it’s located on the other side of the initial gate. Super responsive and helpful host!! Amazing restaurants nearby and make sure to check out the beach about 3 min away. My only complaint is the en-suite is missing shelves in the shower and hooks for towels!
The location of this place is perfect.
The location of this place is perfect. You’ll have everything you need like clean towels and air conditioning. One thing to note is that this is a residential building so don’t expect this to be a hotel. However, you have access to the pool and private beach entrance. I recommend this place if you’re looking for something affordable, clean, and close to everything. The customer service was exceptional and of course Pac-Man! The convenient store downstairs was also a plus.

Air b&b looked exactly like the pictures. Otium team was very responsive once I landed to make sure everything was too my liking. Loved that they follow up with you daily to see how they can accommodate you in anyway. Ubers from this place is like $5-$8 if your staying in San Juan. Place was super clean the a.c was working well. Great stay i will definitely come back and stay with otium.

The place was nice and clean. The host was very responsive although the instructions to get there were a bit confusing. Other than that we had an amazing stay, the location is perfect, near the beach and with great food and groceries around. I would recommend this stay to others
