The apartment has a beautiful view to the sea from the bedroom and the apartment counts with a small fridge, microwave, pots, dish detergent, sponge, and a variety of items to visit the beach nearby. When I encountered a problem, I contacted Otium, via whatsspp, and they send team members to solve the problem as soon as possible. The laundry room is free of charge and is available 24 hours. The apartment is located in a prime area surrendered by multiple restaurants, in the San Juan area and Carolina area.The supermarket is within a walk distance.
It was a great location!
It was a great location! You can walk to the beach and a great breakfast place called, Superfoods. The apartment was clean, but we did have issues with not having water the 2nd day.We were told it was city wide. Pool needed to be cleaned and people were drying their clothes on the fence right by the front door.

Great place , excellent location if you want to stay in the heart of Condado. Beach mins away , great restaurants all over . CVS , Walgreens 5 min walk . Close to Old San Juan and Santure . Everything is a cheap Uber ride away . Otium team communication is second to none , response very quickly . Overall great , clean place .
If you want to be right in the middle of everything in Condado, this location is perfect.
If you want to be right in the middle of everything in Condado, this location is perfect. The apartment itself, however, is very quiet and you cannot hear the street noise. Plenty of room for a group of two, and the apartment is very clean and well stocked. The Otium team is very responsive and helpful. Two things to note: this listing does NOT include parking on the premises as it suggests. There is street parking in Condado which is nearly impossible to find, especially in that location. The wifi is not workable for working from home or video calls, only light phone browsing. For a vacation without a car and no work, I highly recommend this place :)

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay here, It felt like our home away from home! Everything was clean and the neighborhood felt extremely safe. The area is great. Just a 5 minute walk away from the beach, the pool was a bonus for the days that you didn’t want to get sandy but still cool off, a big supermarket just a little less than a 10 min walk. They had parking spot for the car we rented. Overall I can’t wait to come back to PR and come back to this place!! 10/10

Great AirBnB! Very close to all of the PR must-sees. It was clean and an overall wonderful stay. Just be mindful of the stairs, but it was fantastic being able to stay here during our visit. Also a huge plus, our hosts were so communicative and responsive. They truly made us feel at home.

The apartment was perfect for a little stay. The location being a perfect spot to get to events/restaurants as well! Everything was walkable and the apartment itself did it’s job well. If anything only small hiccups here and there but all in all a great location to stay at.

We were four girls staying at Otium. The place looks exactly like pictures. Otium is a great host, they are quick at response and garnered our needs on requests. The place is on level 4 so it’s big of stair climbing. The apartment is spacious with 2 rooms with queen bed each and one bathroom. Bathroom is a bit small. The living room was cutely decorated. We love the fact they have 2 patios at front and back of the apartment. We used their late checkout and birthday balloon add-ons. They delivered all the services on time. The neighborhood is very safe. The closest beach is just 15-17 min walk. Overall we had a great stay.

Otium was very hospitable, proactive, and polite. All in all the place was as described. We were thoroughly pleased with how clean the place was which was a delightful welcome. Parking is a bit tough, and the stairs leading up to the dwelling are a bit steep, makes it tough on luggage. I annoyed my time here. We would have been here longer however our unit encounter a waterline issue that prevented us from having running water for a few days. When I contacted Otium of the situation they were very prompt and I received a call less than 5 minutes after I reached out, and within 10-15 minutes I had received fresh bottled water via y we eats! Thanks again otium!
Great location, very spacious and comfortable for five of us.
Great location, very spacious and comfortable for five of us. There was a little hiccup checking in at 2 in the morning but communication is very easy and quick , host came as soon as he can and solve the problem. Excellent beds ,very comfortable . Also it was close to beach, restaurants , airport and markets . It has safe parking ! Gated with 24 hour security.

The apartment was just as described checking in was super easy and everything was available as expected. The AC worked very well. The wifi was reliable. The apartment was clean and spacious. The neighborhood was as expected and only a few minutes walk from Condado beach. The arcade game was fun to play too.

Excellent location and host! Close to tons of restaurants, bars, activities (e.g. night kayaking tours) and beaches (some with waves and some without). The Airbnb itself was very spacious and had amazing views of the ocean. All of the amenities really made sure we felt comfortable and at home. The location is only a 7-10 min Uber ride from San Juan and 10-15 min ride from the SJU airport. Ubers were very reasonably priced. Looking forward to coming back again! Que viva Puerto Rico 🇵🇷 !
