If you are looking for a cute & cozy place that is a short distance from just about everything then this is the place. It was a clean & safe location. There’s a big lock on the outside & a coded main door inside. This is the main city area & we were thankful to not have rented a car because there were not any open spots on the street to park. We ubered everywhere because everywhere was a good 5-10 min away and at the most 20 min to leave and return back to the room. We spent less than $100 ubering altogether for the entire trip. This place is also very close to the airport & beach. McDonald’s & kfc are walking distance but kfc is drive through & you need a car for the drive through to order from them…so we used Uber eats even though we could see kfc from our room. The furthest trip we took was to Old San Juan. What I liked: The fridge & microwave & kurig all came in handy. The bed was super comfortable. The big shower head felt wonderful. The smart tv is already equipped with Netflix & Amazon prime. Everything was clean & comfortable. Location definitely amazing & the late checkout option was needed because we had a late flight. It rained on our last day. I loved the quick response to all of our questions & concerns which wasn’t much. The host ensured our comfort 24/7 & was always available to us. Thank you again. What I suggest: Check out the Otium link that provides a tourist list of restaurants & things to do. What went wrong that was out of the host’s hands: A big city water pipe burst & we woke up without water. A lot of areas of the city woke up without water even in old San Juan. The host immediately delivered gallons & cases of water to us to continue our hygiene & water purposes before we could even ask thankfully. We woke up to water already at the door. Thank you for the prompt service. It rained our last 2 days but the city was nonstop. So if you need a safe, cute, & simple place to lay your head at night that’s a few min to walk of a distance between everything, this is it! Walgreens is a 3 min walk down the street. Breakfast spots & bars 3 min walk. Our first lunch was a cute Asian fusion spot within a 5 min walk down the street. Outside is loud because you’re directly in the city. Keep that in mind. If you’re looking for a peace & quiet retreat…this is not it. Not at night. You can hear people talking outside & you can hear loud music playing from the cars driving by. If you are looking at safety, location, cost, cleanliness, comfortability, & quick responses to your questions & concerns. THIS IS IT! I would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Solid spot for what we needed - flight got cancelled so we needed something last minute, the host was accommodating for sure. Easy in and out, nice two beds, the pull out couch wasn’t the most comfy thing, but it all worked out.

The place was beautiful, clean, and very spacious. All the employees at the complex were helpful and kind. Having the pool and beach right outside was wonderful for our family. The location is very secluded, which was nice for the privacy on the beach, but meant that if we needed to get to a store or restaurant, it was a minimum 15 minute drive. Not a major negative, just something to note as you plan your trip!

This location is a great location to stay in Condado. It’s very close San Turce for restaurants and night life, there’s a beach behind the building, 20 mins from Old San Juan or Pinones, and about 20 mins from the airport. Right outside the building you can walk down the strip and find some good restaurants and bars as well. Will definitely stay in this area again if I come back!

If you want to be right in the middle of everything in Condado, this location is perfect. The apartment itself, however, is very quiet and you cannot hear the street noise. Plenty of room for a group of two, and the apartment is very clean and well stocked. The Otium team is very responsive and helpful. Two things to note: this listing does NOT include parking on the premises as it suggests. There is street parking in Condado which is nearly impossible to find, especially in that location. The wifi is not workable for working from home or video calls, only light phone browsing. For a vacation without a car and no work, I highly recommend this place :)

The place was hard to find at first, especially if you come at night. But the host does have a video that shows you how to get in due to it being gated. But overall, the place is fantastic. It’s like a small gated community with a beach behind it. My wife and I walked a few feet to the beach, which felt like a private view. Multiple restaurants are near, as well as corner stores and gas stations. Overall, this is a fantastic location. Everything you need is near or a $7-10 dollars Uber ride to places close to old San Juan. Highly recommend. They also have a washer and dryer as well as a pool. The inside was clean, as described.

You can't beat the location of this accommodation, it's RIGHT on the beach, with a pool and tennis courts too. We felt safe, and had zero noise from neighbors (just some in the hallways, which neighbors were quick to shush). The building is quite dated, and the space is cozy, but it's perfect for a simple and affordable beach getaway for a couple or small family. The view is wonderful. We were very impressed with the near-immediate responses from the hosts, they jumped on any issues we had and answered every question. We appreciated the beach toys for our kids, the quality tennis racquets, ping pong table, and the bottled water. Be prepared to wait for elevators, and for older doors to stick/jam sometimes. The arcade game featured is Street Fighter II. There's a supermarket within 10 mins walk, cafes and restaurants around, and a public bus to the edge of old San Juan (FYI they only take quarters, and we recommend the free golf-buggy trolleys, that run every 15-20 minutes, through old San Juan to Castillo de Morro from there, its a great way to see the sights). Try Cool Hope for ice cream, the fish tacos from The Place, and the coconut flan from Cayo Caribe!

Much better than expected, gated neighborhood made it a little tricky to find, gate at entry to actual unit broken but neigborhood gated, felt very safe, very nic short walk to beach, full kitchen, very large separate bedroom, a/c cold, completely updated, pool looked great but was roped off and not accessible. Although confusing we made our way with needing to talk to host. We’d stay there again.

The location is amazing! Easy to get to Old San Juan, Condado, Calle Loiza, beaches to the west and walkable to the popular bistro cafe. Spacious place with 2 restrooms. It was quiet in the evening so you can get a good nights rest. Great for family traveling together. The building security is super nice. I would note to be a bit quiet when walking through the halls because there can be an echo and you want to be respectful to other residents/guests.

Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We had access to all the things we needed and are grateful for that. The facility pool, gym and beach access were wonderful. I feel as though it is important to reiterate with residents who live within the facility that it is equally as important for them to be respectful us short term “renters” who pay to stay within these types of units, as it is for us to be respectful to them. My guest and myself were happy to abide by the rules, as we did throughout our stay, but found ourselves being harassed or feeling unwelcome a couple of times throughout our stay. Thank you for being so accommodating and accessible to us when we needed you. We are extremely grateful.

The location and the room was very good. We felt very safe walking around the Condado neighborhood during the day and the night. We rented a car and had no problem finding street parking across the condo. The room was very spacious and clean. The private beach was nice being steps away from the back of the condo. The only complaint we had was the A/C unit being directly aimed at the bed so you were in a wind tunnel trying to sleep or if the unit was off the room would get muggy and hot very quickly. Would recommend.

Juan is an amazing host, he was always there when we needed him. When he said he’s just a call away he truly means it. He went above and beyond for my boyfriend and I. By far my favorite place to date.
