Awesome place!!! 🤩🤩 located at the heart of the city, the place was clean and exactly as described. I would definitely come back!

I had an extra sense of security being that there was only one way in and out of the gated community and it was guarded.

We arrived. It was a little confusing finding the location but once we did it was excellent. There are stores in walking distance, we walked to the beach. I had an extra sense of security being that there was only one way in and out of the gated community and it was guarded.

Great cozy small vacation home. First time coming to Puerto Rico and I definitely will be back. Plenty of restaurants around and beach is only 8 min walk :) Safe neighborhood and so many cutie kitties <3

The location was perfect! It was blocks away from the beach! You could literally walk down the street and you were right there on a real good part of the beach! The cleanliness was excellent! Everything was in its place upon arrival at the location with a fairly smooth check-in process. As I was there, I was already making plans to return with my wife and another couple as it could be the perfect location for two couples! There was another occupant staying in the adjacent unit of us, but there were no issues of any sort. It was a "first come first serve" to pulling in the vehicle and leaving it straight back versus maneuving one (we had a mid-sized truck) into one of 3 parking spots (it was a tight squeeze but we made it happen). Looking forward to visiting Puerto Rico again, and I would love to stay at this location in the future if I'm staying in the San Juan area!

The place is great it has a rooftop which is nice and relaxing. Climbing up so many stairs to get to the apt is tiring especially with all the humidity and hotness in PR. Thankfully the apt has AC which is refreshing and if your a girl and are staying with girlies in the apt make sure you bring mirrors so you can do your makeup as the rooms don’t have any mirrors. The place is close to stores and restaurants which is great. It was a great location and stay.

I loved my stay here! The location is amazing. There’s so many places to eat within walking distance. It was truly perfect for me and my friends. I truly feel right at home They provided all the necessary things to enjoy my stay and were responsive to my questions. Checking in and out was a breeze - highly recommend.

My partner and I had a wonderful experience staying at 103 Calle Santa Cecilia. The neighborhood was awesome, with so many incredible bars & restaurants just a short walk away, not to mention a stunning beachfront just two blocks away. The space itself was clean and cozy, with modern decor that felt simultaneously inviting and classy. The one time we needed something — more towels for the beach — Otium was quick to respond and delivered them that afternoon. We loved our stay in Puerto Rico and can’t wait to return. If we stay in San Juan again, it’ll be here.

This Airbnb is located in a good area in San Juan. The location has great cafes and restaurants in walking distance with plenty of parking. My family and I felt very safe. The decor of the Airbnb is even more beautiful in person. It has Caribbean written all over it. Additional the host is lovely and made our happiest their priority. I greatly appreciate that! I would definitely stay here again.

This place is beautiful! It’s very spacious and comfortable. Location is perfect and you feel safe because you are in a gated building. The beach is literally 2 mins walking distance, and the pool was amazing too. We loved our stay!!
