We had a lot of choices when it came to staying in San Juan this past week. Otium rentals made it such an easy process to book, stay and communicate. They checked in a couple times just to see how we were doing, but didn’t ever bother us which was nice. Most of the time VRBO’s over communicate. Great location and Amazing pool/courtyard. Will definitely recommend to family and friends!
Otium Rentals were extremely communicative
Otium Rentals were extremely communicative whenever we had questions or concerns. The space had all the amenities we were looking for & the residence itself was pretty close to the main Santurce district. Some minor issues such as a tiny ant problem and a particularly loud dog at night (a problem quickly solved with ear plugs) cut through an otherwise great experience. I can’t stress enough how responsive Otium was!

This place was an absolute GEM! Very stylish too! The place was clean and perfect for my husband, my 8 year old, an 11 month baby and myself. Both the living room and bed room had AC. The couch was a perfect size for my 8 year old and the TV has YouTube for my 11 month old and Netflix for us adults. The kitchen was perfect and the stove top was easy to use. There was so much space in the cabinets. There were many appliances in the kitchen as well as many glasses and plates. The fridge/freezer was spacious. I love the touch of the record player. I was able to talk to my son about how it went from records to Apple Music playlists. There is also a washer and dryer which again was amazing for my family! The bed was very cozy and the bed room is very spacious with the already provided pack and play for my baby to sleep in. The bathroom was a perfect size and the shower has hot water and easy to use. This place also comes with a parking spot which is steps away from the front door which is a huge plus! The host responded very quickly with a question that I had. Truly and amazing experience I would 100% be back and also recommend to family and friends!

We had a great time at Otium. The communication was super easy and quick, and the place looks exactly like it does in the pictures. The neighborhood is very conveniently located, and although it’s a lively neighborhood, the apartment is very quiet! I would absolutely recommend to stay there!
My wife and I visited Puerto Rico for the first time and I was extremely happy with our stay.
My wife and I visited Puerto Rico for the first time and I was extremely happy with our stay. I will say the room was on the third floor so those stairs wore me out, but it was definitely worth it. I definitely felt like I was at home it was very comfortable. I fell in love with the restaurant right on the corner called a pie cafe. The A/C was amazing and the bed was so cozy! I’ll definitely stay here again.

My friend and I had a great time. The place was clean, modern and convenient for all we needed. The Beach is right there out the front gate and they even left us 2 beach chairs and a cooler to take to the beach. Some good food spots within walking distance and a lil store at the base of the apartment building that had waters snacks beer wine etc. The communication with building staff and check in /out process was easy. Puerto Rico is amazing we had a great stay.

Really charming, cute apartment with an amazing city view! We were also left a tray of goodies, masks, and waters which was very thoughtful. I personally wasn't a the biggest fan of the Condado beach area, but that is just my preference. It's a very mainstream touristy area with mostly shopping and high end restaurants. Aside from that, the actual apartment was great!

The adorable villas at Otium were just as described. Miguel or Manuel, (perdoname no me recuerdo) was patient and descriptive as we wandered around trying to find the entrance. Once we got into the property, we were immediately greeted by the Ocean! Stunning view! There is tide pool type areas one can soak their feet & admire some crabs, kitties, and views of the closest beach (Isla Verde/Carolina Beach, short walk-through nature or access through street). There is a skate park next to the entrance which was (for us) a rad addition to the stay. Levi’s restaurant across the street from the Air BnB had great tostones, stews, & cold beer. 787 coffee has great coffee and kind staff. If you enjoy creamy coffee Coquito Latte is a must! Overall, the Boricuas at Otium & the Island want you to enjoy Puerto Rico as much as they do! Our stay was simple, we didn’t ask for much our counterparts at the villa mentioned how attentive and responsive the staff was. Please don’t hesitate to stay here!
